I love the doors, stairs and other wood accent. Hindi garish ang mga design ng tiles all throughout the house, pati ang cabinetry ang ganda. Tas mukhang classy ang mga materyales na ginamit, kahit medyo di siya kumpleto (like walang ref, acs etc) nabawi sa ibang bagay. Your house tours are growing on me sir Dean. Kakainspire..

Ganda na naipoint out ni Dean yung mga small details na very usefull. Like yung butas for the lpg hose, yung provision for the rangehood, yung sa grills ng windows. At most important, yung powder room!! ❤🥰

I guess, the Architect of this house is the same as in Havila & Filinvest East. The wall divider, kitchen design and wall cladding at lanai are very similar. Those "triplet" houses are also featured here.🙂👌

The first thing I noticed were the grilled windows, i got worried in a bit pero buti nalang it was explained to be removable or can be opened in case of an emergency.

I am really surprised how tiny & cluster phobic the helpers’ quarter are & everything else space are so wide. Helpers are essential workers & should have at least ample space to rest & relax. I do like the house.

Nice house design layout but, I just do not agree with those two post being so near to each other supporting the beam at the porch and garage area. Designer should have consider only one post to support the beam.
