para mas ma-appreciate ng viewers yung property, i would suggest na mas bagalan mo nang konti yung pace mo sa pag-present ng space na fini-feature mo. maybe you can also give them a better perspective if you stand in one corner and slowly pan the camera across the entire space to give a full view of the room para mas ma-appreciate nila kung gano kalaki yung space and yung orientation ng mga bagay-bagay.
I like the layout ng kitchen at dining area may al fresco. Maganda ung sa ground floor pero pag dating sa 2nd level tinipid na. Not liking the bedroom doors. And the upstairs hallway parang dead end pag akyat.
Just like many other house tours, it will help the quality of your video by focusing on one area/subject at a time. Cameras don't work like our eyes because of the camera lens' limitation to cover broader scopes (of an area) like our eyes can; and since it has this limitation, it lacks the ability to predict the view for the next scene/view thus it can result to the dizzying effect when you turn in real time together with your body (because it introduces new information without allowing the eyes enough time to process what it sees). It will not make you dizzy as a person taking the scene (because you are using your eyes), but the video will have that effect (because it uses camera lenses). It also helps if you can find a subject to focus on (so the eyes will be drawn to the subject instead of the overwhelming scene altogether). If you can't host (be the subject) or if you can't find somebody who can, may I suggest you program your tours to an area at a time (minimum of 2-3 seconds per area so as to allow the eyes to adjust to the scene). Start from the gates, then as you enter, focus on one side (left or right) for about 2 to 3 seconds, then you may proceed further that same direction until you complete what needs to be seen before turning back to the other direction. As you enter the main house, focus on the foyer first for 2 to 3 seconds; then move further to the receiving area/living area for 2 to 3 seconds (or as you were completing the explanation); then move to the next area until you cover the last. If you are worried about a different perspective of a specific area, e.g. living area, dining area, etc. you can go ahead and cover that as you move back to the place before proceeding to the next level of the house. Sayang kasi iyong build, ang ganda. Di ko lang maipagpatuloy yung video kasi feeling ko, magkaka-vertigo ako. I hope this helps.
These architects design houses na parang fan na fan ng araw or daylight so they use glass and see through materials. The heat of the sun can actually heat up a home instead of cool it. and Sir, nakakahilo ang video mo.
