My friend, let me give you a few pointers. One... Viewers would much rather see the background then a up close and personal face shot. When you are talking just turn the camera around so we can see the background. And also if it's a video about a homecoma and it's purchase, possibly list the price?

A question you need to ask is why was the barbed wire fence top facing inward to keep people from getting out?

How much were they asking, Size of the lot, Size of the house???

A lot of 1000 meters squared with water and power will be at least 20, 000 USD and if it has any structure on it at all the price will go up significantly. And the price will go up depending on size and location. We also mentioned in a later video that because we may end up buying one of the houses we toured, we did not want to mention the prices. I will say however that for the house in this particular video they were asking 80, 000 USD if I recall correctly.

Thanks for the question. I will do a video sometime soon on the house/land prices in and around Loja and Malacatos. The reason I have not mentioned prices for these properties is because we may purchase one of them and I did not want to give out that kind of information for our own security.
