After spending a decade in London, Paola Saracino Fendi and her husband returned to her roots in New York City. Paola couldn’t believe it when she realized the classic-6 apartment of her dreams was just one block away from her childhood home on the Upper East Side; a full-circle moment for her and her growing family.
Paola's effortless sense of style comes from a rich generational history in fashion and design. Her great grandmother, Adele Fendi, founded the Fendi company in Rome in 1925. While the company remained family-operated for decades, Paola works as an art consultant, and her home is a visual feast where contemporary artwork is displayed salon-style alongside delicate Murano glass decor and stunning floral fabrics. The space beautifully marries bold graphic colors with antiquated touches, reflecting Paola's unique style inspired by the women in her life. Enjoy!
