The thing I love about Homeworthy is you ALLOW the owner to tell their story. This one was especially entertaining. I also watch Quintessence and enjoy it, but Susanna tends to gush overmuch and doesn't go into enough depth. I prefer your format. Keep up the good work! I'm a devotee!

I'm not sure if Poland is the only country like that but it is very common in Poland. I grew up in Poland and in the building where I lived with my parents, my grandmother, father's sister, and two of my father's cousins lived in the same building.

Oh this is my favorite. I loved so many of his comments - his family living close by, a person who has a lot of chairs loves antiques (truth), his love of their pups, his affinity to decorating with European decor, and every decoration has a story, and I could go on and on. I was born, raised, and returned to a small town in the Midwest. It is a very nice place to live. But New York has always been this magical land of Oz to me in my imagination. This apartment is beautifully curated! So many delightful storied treasures to admire! I can see the innovation in the design for elegant flawless living and entertaining. The mirrored kitchen is brilliant. I chuckled when he gave us a peek into his brimming foyer closet. My daughter lives in a New York apartment, and every time she has company, she throws all the extra stuff into what she calls “her closet of doom” in her foyer. Somehow it never gets emptied, it must be bottomless, but I can see the contents stored there are a lot more elegant than her laundry baskets, designer cat carriers, and broken vacuum. I love, love, love Alex and Scott. The segment when they explain how to be a gracious host was so rewarding. So many times people who have events, including me, can be anxious but they let you know to relax and enjoy yourself so your guest can feel relaxed in your space as well. Love Alex's philosophy on design, my twin in that area. Love the video, he is full of life. I also would love to have my family close, so they can be taken care of. I love his view on design so much!!!
