As a moving tip, I would have either unscrewed the doors if possible on the wardrobe chest and wrap the wardrobe in a blanket and tie ropes around it for added handles to carry it up further. 😐
What a beautiful place and house of Milan! Milan and Helen are such a sweet persons. No regrets of living in the same roof with them with different ways of living with privacy help each other to maintain a good relationship with each other. It's more exciting to watch your vlogs. But I feel sad if you will leave them and go back to the Philippines to take care of your farm.
Milan's house is beautiful. I hope it is renovated well and maybe rented out for their additional income. Learning to communicate in Czech language will really help Japeth a lot now that the family has moved in Czech republic. I hope one day he will be able to converse like the locals. More power man.

I like the backyard, Plenty activities to do and improve that will keep occupied. Why not upgrade or renovate the house like painting for a start and kitchen backsplash.

The lot is huge you can make it a farm house with plantation and make some money out if the property. It’s an old house but slowly Milan can convert into commercial farm whee the house can be an open market for organic farm products unless you don’t need the money
