One can build with bricks because it's almost the same price & that's whyl am encouraging everyone to go for Bricks rather than semi permanent. @lynlassiter5033 With all due respect, the foundation slab will cost quite a bit because there will be foundation stones, hard-core, sand, cement and perhaps also steel or wire. These will cost a lot. The bricks will be used for walling only. (Unless the brick house is being built without the foundation...)
