1. Playroom/TV Room/Billiard Room - Camo paint all over.#ManCave. 2. Open up that "Gym Room/Sauna Area" on the lower level into a full open glass wall that looks outside and can open up completely to the outside while you workout on nicer days. 3. Basketball Court in the side of the house. 4. Firefighter Pole up and down the spiral staircase. 5. Add another fireplace in the Master Bedroom ;) 6. Flower wall for Janni in the driveway. (All the flower types she loves, different colours or sections of monochromatic colours for outfit background.) 7. Gazebos and waterfalls by the pool. 8. A slide from the balcony into the pool.

People don't seem to get that they will modernize this house. Thats what Jon always does. Gets something "cheap" and improves it a lot, which in the end makes him a lot of money. Its called investing... Now with the help of Rickard, who's in the contractor business, I'm sure they'll make this house look really good in not too long.

There are a lot of wealthy (rich) guys on YT that show what they have... But you guys are the only ones who truly deserve it and despite spending tons of cash on camera gear, cars, travel etc. I somehow don't mind at all. CONGRATS to your new house. It looks amazing. Me as an real estate agent I‘ve seen many houses and I always have many ideas. 1. How about a small waterfall running threw the whole garden and the different levels. It’s always nice to have the sound of water while relaxing. 2. Cinema room: watch out with the sound in such a big room downstairs. When you want to enjoy the whole cinema Dolby souround you need a smaller room with more noice reducing materials. Go and ask an expert for that! 3. You need a bigger bathtub for you two / three in the future! Having a bath with you baby is such a cool thing. :) Greetings from Germany/Düsseldorf! Jon, the "Sony VPL-VW760 ES" (15000€) is one of the best or maybe the best projector in the pice segment of under 50000€. Its a very new version, real nativ 4K, laser, 10bit HDR, till 2000 ansi lumen (bright enough), very good 4k frame interpolation, good optic with a good lens shift... i think it have all what a good projector needs If i had the money for this, it would be my choice! Big Fan and love your videos :) Keep up the good work!

Oh c´mon Jon and Janni, where is your scandinavian taste for cosy minimalism. I mean Casa Camo had it all, the design was fresh, huge open space, modern interior, awesome pool and freaking crossfit area on the roof and you changed it for this?! It just ridiculously big, so many unnecessary rooms /I bet they wont be used like ever/ and the mediterranean style doesnt suits you at all. Iam sorry but this kind of house buys people on retirement not young people full of energy :)

I’d highly highly recommend going with bowers & wilkens speakers, 805’s are incredible but nothing comes close to the nautilus line! Then go with krell preamp & amplifiers. B&O doesn’t even come close! I’ll just say that the last time I looked the nautilus speakers were still around $100000 but oh soooo worth it.

I would put in a movie theater somewhere downstairs. Also knock down the wall between the dining room and the kitchen so its not such a closed off room

Nice house but the kitchen sucks, i would move it or make it bigger, it looks very dated, the bathroom window needs to become one large window to make it into an infinity bathroom, the balcony to the pool needs a huge wide water slide or a trampoline and jacuzzi, get s steam room to its good for your pours, if you add Siemens tracking cameras all over the house you can film in every room in 8k never miss a shot, get a telescope as well, the main thing that lets house down is that ruff bushes in back yard

Projector?? Nah! I would get the 77" 4K OLED "Wallpaper" TV from LG. For that viewing distance it's more than enough and has better image quality than a projector. For sound a Dolby Atmos certified setup :D

you can buy for in your cinnema a Sony VPL-VZ1000ES 4K Home Cinema Projector with a klipisch 11.2 speaker system and a denon AVR-X7200WA and chairs from seatcraft this is al you need for a great movie night tanks for your video's bye

The epson EH-TW9300W is a pretty good 4k projector, i would say one of the best. But you shouldn't underestimate the fact that sound is just as important as a huge and good quality display if not more important and sound systems also cost more. The Bowers & wilkins 700 series is really good or the dali opticon (much cheaper) series or the bowers & wilkins CMS2 series. A good amplifier like the NAD m17 combined with the NAD m17 is important too for driving your system. a good subwoofer will make your entire house shake and really give you the feeling that you're inside of a cinema. one of the best would be a subwoofer from the the bowers & wilkins DBD series. I can promise you that if you get yourself a good sound system you will have a great experience when watching a movie or when you're listening to music

You should design a "Man Cave" in your garage like Riley, have surfboards, motorcycles and road bicycles and Mountain Bikes. Also have 1 room complete for your Drones and Camera equipment, literally have 1 room look like a B&H store:) you should fly a viewer out for a contest to work on your house with you and design it:) On a side note I would go crazy at IKEA shopping for this house:)
