Nice house, again presented well by Jake and his camera man. I don't mind the small driver's room, coz I won't have a driver even I become a millionaire, or since there 7 rooms, give the driver or househelp one of the rooms. They will appreciate you more and gain their love and loyalty. Be kind, don't be like the architects😂

Should have a toiled or shower near the pool area & provide more space on the gap between the pool & sliding door.. Also, I noticed the rooms had a walking closet with no separation from the toilet.. might get problem, moist & smell from toilet may reach the open closet area.. (just sayin) Good thing Jake suggest to provide door.. The over all design is very impressive. 😊

As much as there are a lot of beautiful design elements, there are also some functional lapses that doesn't make this worth the 150M price. This house will still need a handful of meticulously edits or upgrades, making the introductory though negotiable price too expensive. More design and functional features, such as closet covers, hidden (setback) provision for a curtain system, and kitchen cabinetry components could be included/upgraded.

Elegant design and quality building materials were used having beautiful tile work, woodwork, and bathroom design. Also, luckily the house was designed not to have those typical unpleasant beams and columns encompassing the boundary walls. However, the lot appears too small for the house because it has a small backyard and pool seems like a pond. The driver's room is also inconsiderably tight.

That pool is dangerously close to those sliding doors. Hope no one that has young kids moves there. When the space for the elevator is bigger than the staff'/driver's quarters. It shows what the wealthy designers/developers think of their staff.

Issues: Why is there no space for a dishwasher in either kitchen? Think of the number of bedrooms and how many people can be in this house. And do not just say that the maid will wash the dishes. Dishwashers get your dishes cleaner because they use very hot water (which would burn human hands). Do the kitchens have water pipes ready to connect to the refrigerators? How are you supposed to make ice? And why do we continue to see the laundry area on the OUTSIDE of the house? Wouldn't you want to protect your washer/dryer by keeping them inside?

@@fc1114_ What percentage of homes in the PH include the provisions you suggest? If you somehow realize that only a relatively low number of homes require them here in the PH, would you agree that these are not necessarily requirements for majority of home buyers? If in case you want these provisions, you can have that custom made for you. But only if you ask nicely. Bitch.

It always pisses me off every time I see the maid's/driver's rooms so tiny in these humongous houses! It's almost kind of degrading. That "storage" space in the living room is bigger than the driver's room 🙄

Maganda ang space at maganda loob ng bahay dahil sa mataas ang ceiling.... At maganda yung banyo dahil hiwalay ang toilet nasa kabilang kwarto....... Yung glass ba ay fiber glass ba kasi mas nakakatakot yung akyat bahay gang... Pwede basagin ang glass..... At yung bakod ay mababa pwede pumasok ang magnanakaw..

Yung small staff quarters, we have to consider that the build is mainly for main residents. Hindi rin lahat ng family may helpers. So if they make a large staff quarters, magiging waste of space lang sya. Mostly it is for storage area talaga. Ngayon karamihan din ng drivers and maids, uwian, parang regular 8 hrs duty nalang at hindi na sila stay in. I would also like to think that if needed, the staff can use 1 of the 7 rooms nung bahay.

With this price of 150 million dapat fully furnished na ang bahay. This is my opinion ,dun sa mga readers hwag magalit sa akin, everybody have the rights to express their own opinions .It is a big size house but I pitied the maid's room which is so small with no built in cabinet. Do you think you can earn their loyalty, respect and good services kung ganito kasikip ang kwarto ng 2 hanggang 4 na katulong mo? Yung driver's room pagpasok mo kailangan mong tumagilid at magdive papasok. Looks like the architect of this house is positively matapobre at masama ugali ! Ikaw architect.....grabe mo namang inapi ang mga house help at driver at basta mo pinagkasya sa crampy and tiny spaces, Grabe ka !😡😡😡😡😡

The whole structure, architectural design, bathroom fixtures and layout might look P150 million, but the lot area size is grossly over-estimated, unless of course, the bulk of the cost of the property went to the building costs/expenses. But that dismal staff / driver's room, the extremely unflattering main kitchen with mediocre looking cupboards/shelves, the service area lacks shading (unless you want your expensive automatic washing machine get drenched in the rain, there should be a sun / rain shade installed). Lastly, at that price, the house should be fully furnished with beds, kitchen appliances, dining / side tables, LCD TVs in every room, and CCTVs, otherwise, I feel it isn't justified. Just expressing an unsolicited opinion. P.S. I can imagine the annual realty tax for this kind of property MUST be really high.

Sorry the maid and driver are getting free housing and getting paid for their job. They have the option to say no or find another job. It is not a charity it is work and a free market so they have choices. No I would not let them have a bedroom in the main house. That is so ridiculous. You want to run a charity just call it that but this is a home that cost a lot of money.
