I hope it's a sign of lowering rents and interest rates. People really can't afford to live now. And this country needs some room to breath for a generation or so. We've been through a lot.
I live out in Buckeye, and you can definitely find a house for what you would pay for an apartment in Phoenix. The only disadvantage is being far out west, but hey the I10 and 303 isn’t far at all. It’s ok for now.
Commuting to central Phoenix would suck. However, if you work in logistics, the Loop 303 corridor between I-10 & Northern Parkway is the fastest growing logistics hub in the US, and is a quick easy commute from there.
Glad to see something affordable! We live in a 1 bedroom/1 bath! Monthly rent cost $1799.00. This is an apartment with noisy neighbors on the top floor!
Definitely like seeing these house tours around the valley again so I can try to figure out what i'll be able to rent my current house for when it's time to upgrade to something bigger.
Yo Yo Big Super i am so glad to see that you did not give up o. Your Real Estate dreams and are mow a l8censed Realtor. Where me and my hubby is from we got our 1st apartment for $800/month and it was 1300/sqft that was in 2016. We have 5 little ones and its crazy how much 3 or 4 bdrm houses are.
This a good price. I was thinking about Arizona back in 2015 but I am just going to stay here in Nevada. These are the best states AZ Nevada Tx and Florida
Price is cause your in Buckeye. Something like tnat closer in is easy $2500 what im seeing for a house. As for apartments, all they have done is not increase. But some where already to high.
Yes, I see it! Exactly what I was thinking when you went outside and showed that area in the back yard with the bricks in a circle! I thought....yep...that's where I'd put a campfire. Anyway, love you Big Supe! I'm not at the moment looking to move but when I do, you are the person I'll be calling.
Also..... I love you because I have an adult daughter who's on the fentinyl, and I always wonder....... are any of these ppl her "friends"? Thank you Big Supe. 💕
I’m in Scottsdale. One bed rental. Came into it 2 yrs ago brand new. I have garage but my apt is super small. 2000$ mo. I’m breaking my lease and putting stuff in storage. I think by Dec when I come back stuff will be cheaper. So I totally agree. ( I’m only here 4 months in winter )
My lease in Arcadia ends in May. I’ll be happy as long as it doesn’t go up again this year. As for the guy with the sealed shudders, as a day sleeper I’d love that. There are good paying logistics jobs near there that pay substantially more for working overnight. I have a part time job nearby in Goodyear working from 7pm-5:30 am.
Thats a nice house for $2100. Im moving in something very similar here in ms. $1700 for 1700 sq ft. Even has a bonus room upstairs too. $1/sq ft. Thats about normal here in ms though in nicer areas. Average areas could be like .20 -.50 a sq ft. My moms house is about 1500 sq.ft. her note was $358. Its paid off now,but thats not bad for a decent area. If youre buying, its not uncommon to pay around .60-.75 sq.ft
we have all sin and the wages of sin is death but God showed his love for us that by we were yet sinners jesus Christ died on the cross for your/were sins that if we repent and put are faith in him we will be saved i love you but jesus loves you more bye 🎉❤
A few years ago, I started watching all kinds of channels with AZ content out of nostalgia because I moved to North Dakota (send help LOL 😂😂😂 it sucks here!) And Big struck me as STAR material way back when! So proud of Big! Look at him go!
Very true especially in California a hand carrying basket full of groceries for me is about 50$ or less because I'm single with no kids but imagine a cart full and you have kids to feed? definitely spending over 150$ for like 2/1\5 weeks of groceries over $300+ per month and that's just groceries alone!!!
You can, but both parents have to work, your car has to be paid off, and you each need to put in 10-20 hours of overtime a week. In case you didn’t know, minimum wage in Arizona is $14.35 an hour, so your overtime hours will pay $21.53 an hour.
@@danieldaniels7571true, but everyone is missing target like typical Americans. 1. We need childaid, motherhood allowance, child raising allowance, universal health care, mother protection act and 1 year paternity leave with pay. That's not done here. Here on Germany we get tons of benefits. You all need to pressure congress to get this. I could never live in America. No one has playgrounds either.
A lot of people do not want to move to Buckeye and have to commute to work. Great if you work from home but I heard traffic is awful if you work outside of Buckeye.
I have to encourage folks to put pressure on your local government to cut spending and trim government to lower the tax burden on the citizens. This is tied to property tax increases. We are all the way messed up in Chicago. There is no will to fix it because of the corruption. The layers of government to much for the tax base which has shrunk.
I watched my house since January last year go down over $240 by March when I signed my lease .. 2400 + sq feet $1800. Plus $15. Rental insurance plus $20 for smart home.. 4 bedroom.. I love my home .. this one above is not my taste at all.. I think it will be on the market longer . There are so many homes for rent ... especially with all these apartments and bungalows going up .
Hello, Big Super!! I see FINALLY the prices started to c9me down!! It took long enough!! These homes are very roomy and pretty!! It's hard to say which one that I like more!! The Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful!! The Rooms from The Living to The Bathrooms are great!! The Backyards are warm and inviting!! Great Prices!! Thank You for sharing this with us!! You and your beautiful family?? Take Care and Stay Safe!! Big Super and Super Tribe FOR LIFE!!😊😊❤❤!!
Nice video. I'm happy to see prices starting to come down a little bit. Maybe I'll be able to find something one day after all. That house does have good bones, but there needs to be some TLC done with the landscaping front and back.
Oh snap old Az prices are coming back😊I love to see this because home prices from buying to renting are so disrespectful in the US. Man I do miss my Az weather😢 that 62 was resonating with me, memories
