and yet influencers live off brand deals and gifted items which in turn give exposure to brands which then keeps people in jobs. they're just the modern form of advertising and a cog in the economy, you might not like it but both influencers and doctors know what they're signing up for when they choose their paths in life.

Purchasing my first 2 houses in UK is a testament to what smart financial decisions and perseverance can achieve. I LOVE this, however I'd switch the dining room and couch/tv area around. I feel like the space would be better utilized for more seating and flow better into having something really cool where the dining table is now. Love your house! I would move the sofa to where you have your dining table. To me it makes more sense to have the dining table near the kitchen. It will also help you avoid the “waiting room” vibe you are mentioning. 😘

If you can afford it then I dont see a problem. There's lots of little luxuries that you can have in your home that may not be as expensive. You can make the laundry shoot, you can have a cinema room with a cheaper take on it, loads of people have projectors in their home now, small ones are not expensive
