Among all the houses you built, this is the one I kept coming back to watch. My land is only 144 sqm so it’s pretty small just like this one. But I would love to add another floor (so 3 story house) for more rooms and a balcony would be nice. 😊 Just day dreaming for now. ❤

Very nice house , ang Ganda ng plan. Sana meron ganitong construction company in our province. Meron mang contractor pero mahal mag quote sa plan pa lang tatagain ka na lalo na they know you’re earning dollars. Very disgusting… and if you don’t know about materials , gawan ka lang nang basta -basta. So far I know di naman magaganda projects nila. With this kind of house they will quote na 5-7M already.Do you have a sister company in the Visayas area? Am really amaze with all your projects shown. Sana meron ganitong company sa amin, plan ko magpatayo ng bahay pero I don’t want to waste my retirement, Kung walang matinong contractor. Kudos to you.

Very nice presentation buddy!, but when see those areas of construction sites, many roads in this subdivisions are not built to standards no draimage , no sidewalks and curb done!! Is this common in your country that they sell the lot but infrastructures are not done first!! Who's resposible to built this roads?

Exactly what I’m looking for. Design wise and pati ung laki ng lupa at bahay. Ito na magiging guide ko sa plano kong bahay. Mukhang si Sir na rin kunin kong contractor ah. Specialty nila ang modern architecture designs eh. Love the personal touches na inembed ni house owner. Same na same sa mga points na gusto kong gawin in the future. 👍
