Dude seriously this video has to be the best video you have ever posted. The glass top water at the first was some of the best video you have ever posted. Working on your cabin was great footage as well plus the cooking. You out did yourself on this one. I've watched everyone of of your videos and by far this has been the very best one. I really like the idea of a streamed swamp tour. You could pick 10 or so people from your Patrion to join you in real time and make a show where you answer their questions while you are actually standing there. Outsiders reacting with you while you hand grab a King Toad or wrestle a baby gator would be cool!

When I left west Michigan back in 1987, I never dreamed I would miss a damned insect! But I have to admit.... not having any fireflies during the summer nights is INDEED something I miss.

It was sad seeing so many dead fish, especially that prized bass! However, we fared a lot better with Hurricane Francine than the flooding & destruction Helene caused the East Coast! I can only pray that Louisiana is as fortunate & blessed for the remainder of the hurricane season. I hope that y'all will be able to treat us to videos of y'all & Drake fishing, shrimping &/or crabbing soon. Thank you for sharing Dat LA Life with those of us who love (& miss) it!

You guys have really done a great job getting repairs done at the camp. Definitely deserved some play time and some of that yummy Cajun cooking . Not even looking forward to getting my place cleaned up after Helene. , but feeling blessed to be spared the blunt of the storm . Praying for all that have perished and those that lost their homes .

I love watching your videos! You both are so blessed to be able to do these things and enjoy them thoroughly together. I love it that Tara loves the outdoors. And she’s an awesome bullfrog catcher! You geaux gurl! There’s always something to repair or make better at camp. Always chores! But the payoff is worth it and it helps that you can take a break and have some fun in between chores. The worst part about going to camp is leaving camp and going back to reality.

Man I tell you what a wise man once told me when working over the water get an umbrella and open it flip it upside down and put it under what you working on! Works like a charm!

Hi guys, this is Cher still using my husband's phone that's why his name Lester shows up. Guys, first wanna say we can't wait for your videos to come out every Sunday. This Sunday's videos made me sad bc of all the dead fish and an alligator! I don't like to call myself stupid bc I'm not but... Why do the fish die from a hurricane? It's the first I've ever heard of this and it's prolly bc I'm from the state of Connecticut and fortunately don't have to deal with all of it. My husband and I enjoy watching each and every one of your videos. Keith, I sure hope your headaches are getting better. I have terrible "thunder clap or thunder cloud headaches" and like you, they come, stay around for a while and then they disappear. I'm glad you found oxygen to help ebb your symptoms. Although you had ur smiling face on in this video, you seemed a little off like u were having those headaches or not sure if it was bc you were just sad from all the darn devastation that nature brings us sometime.
