My Hoya Heuschkeliana was the same as yours, wrinkled and sad. I checked the roots - they were rotted. It is now living in a cup of perlite in a plastic bag while it grows new roots. It’s happy and thriving. Not sure if it will ever leave the bag. 😊
Ahhhh that’s honestly probably it! I took some cuttings that are starting to slowly root up, so I might just chop the rest of the plant and toss it into some moss
I struggled with mine for a while too, but really saw it improve when I moved it to higher light! I also water it as soon as the leaves get flimsy and I fertilize with every watering
