I am so happy to see a university taking such active efforts to make students feel at home. This is reassuring for prospective international students who are wary to leave their communities and families.
How do RH or RA deal with NOISY STUDENTS? I've seen comments about it on reddit, and it doesn't seem the policies are strong enough for granting A GOOD SLEEP in the dorms, whether a nigh sleep or nap. Also silence is important when you're studying. What other thing could be a priority than good sleep? all the day in general, but specially during the night.
