A recession as bad as it can be can provide very good opportunities, while others are playing safe and guiding thier cash, others are utilising the Volatility and making life changing finacial decisions
I have lost almost half of my portfolio all because of this bear market that has been on for over a year now, I wish for a temporary solution for this dip😥

@@SigFigNewton Idk about that. In some sense home prices are correlated with inflation because they measure inflation using housing prices. Back in 2020 and 2021 home prices went up 30-50% in some markets.
Except banks liquidity(if you can get a loan) affordability for the median income, supply of reasonable homes, job loss, rental market, and 16 million vacant homes. That might could affect it...
Never leave $s in a 401k. God what a loser. Looted 10 or 15 times. Housing is tough. Mortgage buyers have been hemmed in downwards. Cash buyers like me will wait. Half million dollar homes will be hit the hardest. Fewer qualified buyers.
