This is a fine reaction, but I’m starting to get sick of hearing “broken” and “illegal” to describe anything in Smash that doesn’t look totally ordinary.
well when you get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to be the best at this game, you like to know every little detail and if it can help or hurt you win
Smash Ultimate was so damn good that the entire youtube channel dedicated to smash decided to never buy it, never play it and never make video on it. Beautiful really
I can't tell if people are sarcastic or serious when they ask for the game to be released in a few days. Do they want it to end up like another Sonic '06?
Ikr, BotW had another year and a half before it got released, but we were still excited and patiently waiting. I was expecting 2019 March or something, but it's early than I thought.
"THAT'S BROKEN" God damn Sakurai could easily start a salt business with all these tears. Smash will always be a fun party fighting game, BEFORE competitive. You guys do know that right?
ikr. He just kept complaining how "that stage's not legal" and "This character's broken". And they (not just him, almost all of them) were just complaining on certain characters being reintroduced. I just hope they were joking.
Opori Brew - 22:17 that black guy on the right had full faith that spring man was going to be the fighter and then looked pissed when the scene actually started
This is why I watch my directs alone, people screems for everything, yes there was cool information and I screamed when he showed up Snake and Daisy but damn people these days overreact to anything and can't just wait for the info, they keep talking asking for obvious shit, shit they know will be shown but still scream to the screen for it... But hey, there's a great reaction in the video, the reaction to Waluigi, always makes me happy to see people getting disappointed at that
My mans on the far right is so unimpressed throughout most of the video. Plus, it seems like if it doesn't cater to competitive play, it upsets the whole group. Also, to this day I'll never understand the hatred for the Miis. Like... the hell did they do to you? Touch your no-no zone?
I can't understand it either, and I've yet to hear an actual reason for why they shouldn't be in. They didn't steal anyone's slots, they didn't prevent anyone from getting in, they're an excellent way to pseudo-have characters who couldn't or wouldn't be in, and they're the Create-A-Fighter option many other fighting games have. And what's really hilarious/sad is that the fans of those games have never complained about being able to make your own characters, while Smash fans whine and moan about them constantly.
How can a video filled with such positivity have such negative comments? Do people think that adults have to stop enjoying life or something? Now, I want to know what the deal is with the people out of frame. Did you guys do a camera test first to see if everyone was viewable? Then there's the person with the dog on their lap who can't move and thus gets blocked almost the entire time by the guy with the cup. Did people know that they weren't going to be visible?
BJGvideos I honestly didnt know people older than me play Nintendo like me and I'm 24. These guys look like they're 25-28. Didnt know they enjoy these things.
MetalSonicGamerX200 I just turned 38 and I grew up with games. A coworker older than me by a few decades asked me for game suggestions. People older than us MAKE the games--Miyamoto is what, 65 or something?
I dont get why so many black guys believe that the stages are going to be banned, because they confirmed that we will have a hazard toggle in the game, but they didnt say if it needs to be unlocked first thou.
Everything is broken, right? This game, elections, the Earth. Everything is broken, till they fix it. When has smash bros ever been fully broken? Never! Not once! It came close with Brawl with a few characters, but even that wasn’t broken, and a really easy solution is to not play with broken characters. There’s over 70 characters. Odds are 65 of them won’t be broken, and Nintendo has a better track record than others when it comes to their fighting game. All they have to do is tweak a few things, and it’s fixed. At their worst, there’s been, like, maybe 3 broken characters in one game. 67+ non-broken characters in this game is alright with me.
Liezuli Believe me, I will never stop giving Melee a hard time. But somehow that game is the perfect Smash game in the eyes of the community and everything else is broken. They'll never admit Melee is unbalanced and broken, but they'll gladly say everything from every other Smash game is. Everything that guy called broken wasn't even close to broken
Obsessor23 I don't know how you reached this odd conclusion, but nobody knows more about how broken Melee is than Melee players. There's no illusions that the game is balanced, it's common knowledge that the low tiers are worse than the top tiers. I dunno where you're getting your info from.
Liezuli I'm just pointing out there's a double standard. People love Melee cuz it's broken, but somehow a character in Ultimate having damage boosting ink is just too much
Brother on the right was killing the buzz with "Legal" , :Banned" every new move and stage that was announced. What we don't know already but took away from other peoples reactions with the placement of the mike.. lol
The only thing that made this reaction tolerable was the chick in the middle telling everyone to shut the fuck up, and the Daisy reaction. Otherwise, this was hard to watch. I'd recommend breaking it up into smaller groups for reactions in the future, and just go ahead and give the ProBro on the right his own video so people don't have to hear him keep saying, "Broken! Illegal!" to everything that pops up on the screen. Ffs...
