Idk who he is, but guy should be benched at the very least. If he's nothing special, cut him. That should never happen, especially with all of the famous times in the NFL and college that it has happened. You're just a selfish bonehead if you're dropping the ball like that, get off my team.
It's not a mistake.. its stupidity.. He dropped it on purpose.. How can he not be aware of where he's at.. Pay should be taken by the team when players do such stupid things..
Some idiot did the ol' drop the ball before reaching the end zone move in a college game a week or so ago, and many of us were like, people are still doing that? Well, apparently Corley isn't the brightest of the bunch. SMH
Dropping the ball just before crossing the goal line needs to be dealt with by all coaching staff on all teams. These players trying to look cool and it costs them points, but it seems to not be enough because they keep doing it. Stop being divas and be the "pros" that you're paid to be.
One of the reasons why I like sumo: no showboating, no grandstanding. You knock your opponent down, or get knocked down, you get up, you bow, and you leave.
Hella impressive, but was called incomplete and shouldn’t have been overturned. Again the catch was amazing but definitely incomplete. Good win by the Jets though!
Saints fan here.I agree with your comment but like the coach said he’ll learn from it,hell I remember when Alvin Kamara dropped the ball early just the same I believe in his rookie season against the former Redskins, look at him now you know?
Copycats. Just like now almost every guy feels the need to give a 1st down signal when they make one. Or the guys who make a good run and get up and strut toward the camera. Or running the length of the field to show off in the end zone after an INT. They just copycat each other and it's monotonous.
They’re just excited man, at least I think that with this kid. I think Desean Jackson just wanted to showboat. This kid just seemed genuinely excited and thrilled to have scored his first NFL TD and unfortunately got lost in the moment a split second too soon. I feel bad for the guy
Somethings off about him. His reaction is delayed to the point that he is describing the ball being handed off when the guy is 20 yards down the field getting tackled.
@@davidthosome623Nah, he’s just deliberate, and he’s getting older. The man is a f*cking legend. I’d rather listen to his reasonable commentary any day over most other commentators.
Every single game Wilson makes absolutely incredible catches. One of the most exciting receivers to watch. He reminds me of Fitzgerald, it's like the dude has magnets for hands. And this is coming from someone who isn't really a jets fan.
The Jets won't go 2-6 in the last half of the season with 1.) A D gaining confidence, 2.) A 3 time MVP Quarterback, and 3.) TWO stud receivers. The Jets season ain't over. So many times we saw Rodgers/Adams rescue some very bad Pack teams. Lol, people would be jumping back on the bandwagon like fools. 😊
Aaron Rodgers found a connection with both Davante Adams and Garrett Wilson. Wilson with an Odell Beckham type catch that will be remembered as “Holy Shin”
That catch was better than Odell! Rewacth video. The way he twisted his body for that one hand cacth was jaw dropping 😮! Odell cacth is football historical but he didn't score a Td. Wilson did!
Trust me. We watched him for years @ G.B. He IS a beast. Just what the Doc ordered after all these instant gratification Rodgers bashers. We've seen Rodgers/Adams quietly go a winning streaks when a dreadful Pack team looked dead. Yep, Adams is elite...and a beast.
Guy drops ball before getting into endzone in premature TD celebration resulting in a touchback, what an idiot. This is the NY Jets ladies and gentlemen.
Malachi Corley got himself off the hook tonight, because if the Jets have lost this one, he’s gonna be look at for the rest of the week for pulling a De’sean Jackson move dropping the ball before getting into the end zone
10:03 the fact that rodgers threw the ball 17-18 yards back before devante adams caught in perfectly in stride is amazing. This is a teue QB-WR connection and understanding. Rodgers knows EXACTLY where he will be
Agreed. That connection was bliss. The ball was thrown already before Adam’s even looked for the ball. Both of them have said that sometimes it’s just a look they give each other and they know exactly what to do. Beautiful!
Kinda funny how 2022 Rodgers had embarrassing road loss to division rival (Lions), and followed up with 3 TD home win vs Texas team (Cowboys), just like the last 2 games this year
Eh there’s a bit of a difference there in applying a consistent rule. In that case there would be a great case for a catch, but a guy toe dragging, coming up for a split second, and toe dragging again would technically be having the foot down twice and allow guys to make catchers further out of bounds than they otherwise would be able to.
@@LEEERROOOYYJENKINS1 no. If two toe taps count then a quick little jitter of the foot would count. And that would allow some WAY easier catches and ruin football. Wilson got his leg down, not just his foot.
Because they were never really that good. They had a rookie head coach, rookie QB, and rookie OC. Now that the book is out on them they need to adapt but they haven’t really changed much since last year
The beginning of the end for the Houston season. It's a shame how much our injuries and o-line have plagued us. If you cant beat the Jets, you have a serious problem.
This really felt like a trap game coming into it. And yes, this looks good in the win column for the Jets, but the thing is they played as badly as they have all year. Houston just played worse.
The Jets finally win a game tonight against the Texans. Aaron Rodgers went 22-32 for 211 yards and 3 touchdowns. Also, the highlight of the night was Garrett Wilson's one-handed touchdown catch was truly spectacular.
Some consolation for Yankees and Packers fans given the Bombers dropping game 5 like that kid dropping a guaranteed TD and the Lions about to drop the Packers - A Packer fan
Before the season, I had to listen to Texans fans saying how they were going to be better than the Chiefs, the #1 seed, and on and on and on. Sheesh. How about now.
Davante Adams is one of the top best receivers in the league he played with Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay Garrett Wilson can you make big plays too. It's a long season but the Jets will make the playoffs mark my words.🎃
As a Houston fan, CJ stroud kept missing open receivers due to the fact that he was pressured and sacked many times. He must’ve been afraid and not nearly as confident to make those throws, knowing that a hit could come any time. I think we need to improve our o line significantly, and make some better play calls. Once Nico is back, I think Stroud will have some of his confidence gained back, which will be a big help. Good teams have bad games like this. This was just one of those games for the Texans. I am not concerned for the future, I still have faith in my Texans. GG to the Jets, I’m looking forward to facing the Lions!
@vicvac3920 Oh BS 6 starters on D and top 2 WRs out. Only thing bad about this playoff team is the inside oline play . Defense is good even with those Injuries, Nico will be back next week Texans are good Jets nope Such a casual take you have
@vicvac3920 again stupid comment not all have as many but far 5 starters on D name one more? Add on offense not close. T9o bad your team isn't making the playoffs and the Texans are cope
Ya Laremy tunsil a beast but Kenyon green been a bust who was a rare Texas a &m player who reached his potential and college and was legit 5 star in highschool he's always been good idk what happened I thought he could play guard
CJ Stroud needed to be humbled this year. All offseason he was on cloud 9 talking like he actually did something. Jayden Daniels fans, stay humble and just wish for the best. Too rowdy for no reason
Rule #8 for all football coaches. 8. Never Take Points Off the Board - When your kicker makes a field goal and there is a penalty, you are to ALWAYS decline the penalty and take the points. ALWAYS!! 😳
George pickens last week makes a similar catch while being shoved out of bounds and they called it incomplete. This was the nfl not knowing what a catch is
