An informative video which I watched before booking in April 2018. We stayed on the same floor as you but on the other side of the hotel. How I wish I had known that half of the rooms of the Hovima Costa Adeje faced nothing but other blocks of apartments,hotels,restaurants and the road. Nothing wrong with the hotel just its location ,views and night entertainment noise from the 'other' side of it.

Hi Mick. Thanks for viewing my vid. I am certain that you will enjoy your stay at the Hovima. My wife and i have stayed at the Bouganville, Bitacora and Paradise Park, (vids on each of these) all good hotels, but for us, the Hovima is the best.

Very informative Barry. To the point, without being "Glitzy". Stayed there in Jan '17 and although not enamored with Tenerife generally, enjoyed the Hovima Hotel. Well done sir !
Thanks for your comments Helen. Had a struggle with this one. ran out of the data storage, had to purchase an additional portable hard drive, no GoPro for now, HD uses much more data than i realised, will have to look into this problem for the future. We enjoyed this hotel and were in no way disappointed . Regards Barry
That seems strange Barry....it's a fairly long video, but your Bitacora one is much longer and presumably you didn't have a problem with that one. Is this a different camera or a higher HD setting?
Hi Helen. There are some technical reasons that i will discuss with Apple, But in essence i did not keep a close look at how much data i was using so i seem to have filled my hard drive with junk.
Hi Paul. Thanks for your comments on the Hovima Vid. This is the best allround hotel we have ever stayed in (not perhaps the best of all hotels for obvious reasons). I can guarantee you will enjoy your holiday there. What more can i say! B&R jackson.

@@SuperBarryjackson could I just ask you we are looking at booking this hotel in August 2019 , and going all inclusive do you get bottled water ? And is the evening entertainment outside at night time ? Many thanks
Hi Denise. This hotel is adults only, and all inclusive only, which includes all meals, snacks and drinks (local spirits) water in your room is included. All standard rooms up to level 7 are the same price ,floors 8 and above come at an additional premium price (you can upgrade on arrival if you choose, the top floors have good views). Note for a fee your can reserve a sunbed. Weather permitting, entertainment is outside main pool level each evening and at mid day there is usually an alternative event. On two nights you can use the A la Carte restaurant at no extra cost (not sure it is worth it though). Duque is close by and worth a visit. If you can afford a trip on "Free Bird One" out into the bay you will get upclose and personal with the Whales. Hope this helps. Regards BJ.
Great to see a video of the hotel. My friend and I have booked for August 2017. We have booked comfort twin room with balcony also. I hope there are 2 single beds as I noticed yours was one double? We are not a couple just friends. Do you think we will be able to have 2 separate beds? Thank you
Hi. I understand that most of the double beds are in fact two singles pushed together. If you email the hotel i have no doubt they will sort out your request, our experience is that this hotel is very co-operative (within reason). Have a fantastic holiday. regards B&R Jackson.
