Not if you don't know how to control the recoil of the F2. As Hibana; you can utilize an AR and a SMG both and with hard breaches. F2 and drones that zap enemies and their gadgets is easy to counter. Stuns and breach charges are better than claymores and smokes. The only way to counter Hibana is through Bandit and Kaid yet to counter those two operators are easy too. Hibana has two counters whereas, Twitch: any operator can counter, whether by shooting her drones, utilizing Mute against them or even, Solis currently. Those are only a few to counter Twitch whereas as I said; Hibana only has two.
@@PlayerOneKnown I think they're both about as good as each other rn. you're forgetting twitch also has the 417, which is hands down the best dmr in the game and one of the best guns period. hibana is also countered by mute, and tubarao as well. plus, when you look at her as a hard breacher, she's the slowest in the game and really only good for hatches or really specific sites, like hookah on clubhouse for example. they're both slightly above mid tier, just designed for different purposes
