One thing you should try is to go for scythe stickers instead, scythe swings faster so you should get stickers from it more often, and it’s easy to find people who will trade bubble wand for scythe

I’m pretty sure shocked bee doesn’t like dandelion, I know it says so on the wiki page but if you go to the emoticons page it says shocked bee only likes spider and pineapple. Also I farmed dandelion with 13 shocked bees for 2-3 hours and didn’t get a single traffic light, then got 8 after farming pineapple for less time
