Crazy idea: use the mod on one of your regular builds to make it better or a woodlan mansion, they are huge but plain

The disaster you had feels like a movie. On the other hand, yes. Desert temple remade with mods please!!!

Recommendation for the desert temple: keep the exterior around the same size (but still improve) but do most of the work on making a massive underground interior with lots of loot and traps (maybe even add some kind of modded mummy boss) as the point of pyramids is to protect what's inside them (usually mummies of pharoahs)

I have some ideas if you are going to continue the Kindoms of Greymanes prodject. *outsider grounds outside the walls *garden to take up the space around the church *A (somewhat secret) black market *An abandoned village that was originally gonna part of the kingdom *Wizard's tower or something the kingdom is against off on the other side of the map (or something farther away to extend the adventure) I may think of other things, but I hope you can use theses ideas for inspiration. :)

Not sure if you'll read this, or anyone with worldedit experience, any idea how i can use a brush similar to smooth for underground areas? the smooth brush uses the roof of the caves im making, i want to be able to adjust walls and like, pull stalagtites out, make overpasses look natural without the smooth brush completely just pulling the roof into everything

You would love the little tiles mod it can be added with chisel and bits, basically allows you to make like custom doors using chisel and bits, you can make windows that open and custom storage and etc

I’d love to see modded transformations, mod reviews, and any of that. Especially if you have a way of picking the best building mods and making a working modpack that people can download. I always want to play with chisel and bits as well as deco craft and fairy lights, but can’t find an easy way to get them.

You should try the LittleTiles Mod, it's basically just Chisel & Bits but with slopes and custom function blocks (e.g. doors with animations, beds, storage, lights, ladders).

Jera you are an absolute trooper if you hadn't told us what was really happening behind the scenes I would never have guessed it you were so smooth and upbeat!

PC troubles are always the worst, sorry you had to go through that. As someone who has modded Minecraft for 10 years I can honestly say that sometimes less is more. No need to go from zero to 1000 overnight, a few block mods, decoration mods, alongside microblocks/chisels&bits will add almost infinite building possibilities. Also, sometimes older versions of Minecraft are more stable, and the mods themselves offset any of the benefits of updating to the newer versions. That being said I'm very much looking forward to what you will accomplish with mods, your builds are always epic, and chisels&bits (and similar) will only make them more so.

i've been playing a bit of modded also recently, but i have no idea how to build with all of the new blocks.

Boys, a few suggestions: - Valhelsia 3, kitchen-sink pack. You have to figure out mechanics yourself as there is no Quest-Book. Vanilla-Progression feeling with the main focus around MineColonies (atleast for me) -McEternal, The best modpack i have played to this day. Chaotic fun with endless Possibilities. The Shop system with Questbook together is so beautiful. Incredible work and the most unique progression i ever had within Minecraft while also using the Dimensions in a different way than usual. Getting to "the beneath" for the first time in this will literally make you crap your pants. -Sev-Tech, Progression Based Pack. You basically work your way trough History. From Stone-Ages to Riches. Now why i initially wrote this: What packs do you think i would enjoy? Please throw me some suggestions as im completely lost as in what to try next. I'd love to play a Tech-Pack but i've experienced most standard Tech-Mods for quite some hours now and dont know where to start. Love yall, have a nice weekend. Im not playing alone btw. We are a group of 3 and we usually dump around 1000 hours into each playtrough.

Yea building with mods can be complex, I usually stick to industrial because of Mekanism as I did for my series but building free style is super fun like the shack I built.

I'm running a similar config with a 60+ mods minecraft and i'm extremely curious about how much ram you do affect to minecraft on your config. For the record i'm affectin around 15G atm and i'm thunking about changing that but the change to 20G doesn't really feels tangible so your entry would help me measure what a sensible normal config should be :).

I’ve been playing modded for years and am a builder myself and I would highly highly recommend the Little Tiles mod instead of chisels and bits because it’s just so much faster, and you can make working doors chairs etc. Just a much better mod than c&b. Also the architecture mod is pretty cool and I think you can have some fun with botania
