Our 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE driving impressions. My friend Savannah and I share our feedback on highway driving, while also exploring its interior, gadgets, technology, features, multimedia, power, window sticker, & much more!

asking jeff how does the electric works ? and it needs to charge ? like tesla ?

@@justinlikesme19 from Google, you can only drive under 25mph, range is about 1 mile, and to charge you need to drive the vehicle normally. It's not meant to be an EV, but I guess a way to use 0 gas to go between stores perhaps.

Thanks Jeff and Savannah for the road and highway test, showing us the different features and how they work in the RAV4 . I am definitely saving each month for the all new gen RAV4 Hybrid XSE. When I go to Chick Filet I buy a grilled chicken sandwich, fries, and a vanilla shake.

Here in Canada, we have to get the Prime to get the pano roof. Not even an option on the XSE. We do get black exhaust tips on our XSE's

I LOVE the memory seats on the XSE. I hope this feature is on the all new 2025 RAV4 Hybrid XSE too.

How do the road and wind noise and ride quality compare to the Venza?

I feel like the Venza drives extremely quiet and smooth. RAV4 hybrid drive similar with maybe a little bit more noise at higher speeds.

My sister has a new Venza, I have a new XSE. The Venza is much quieter and luxurious. My RAV4 has more room. I have an opening moon roof, her Venza does not

It looks very nice. But in the video, it seems to be very noisy while driving on the highway. I am going to take a test drive tomorrow to see for myself. I also had a recent test drive in the 2025 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid Touring..... and it was a lot quieter. Do you agree? I'm trying to decide between the two.

Jeff, can you drive in reverse while using the 360 degree monitor to see if other cars are coming to your right or left assuming you are being blocked to your right or left by other cars?

I think the "accent lights" suck. This is a SUV. Put some proper fog lights up there instead of useless ornaments. Or at least offer them as an option. The sportier suspension should be available on other trim levels too.
