My grandfather used to have Bison, I remember one time my dad (who is a vet) had to tranquilize one in order to vaccinate it. Once he shot, it really pissed her off and she started to charge the ATV. She flipped it in the air twice, completely airborne. My dad booked it for the tree line once she started charging. Bison are really aggressive and powerful animals.
Cheesus Saves yeah.. He's my Biggest Little Baby... I'm not good a my videos but my pictures says it all.. God Bless your Day.. follow WildThing on Facebook.. World's Largest House Pet
i think the bison could escape if it wanted to, i think its just playing and doesnt actually plan a prison/enclosure break. I am neither a vet nor a bison though
Whoever believes in the Lord Jesus Christ shall not perish but have everlasting life repent for the kingdom of God is at hand! Jesus is returning repent the Bible says in roman 10-9 it says that whoever believes in the Lord Jesus Christ that he died for our sins and accept him as your Lord and Savior you shall be saved repent God bless .!.!.!
He was just making a few minor adjustments to suit his liking. Actually it's a bit of fun, something to tussle with, makes clanky noise, the metalwork kinda fights back, the bison luvs it!
YES, finally someone nailed it. He was just having fun. This is the only fence we allow him to be crazy with. He seems to respect the rest. And for some who doesn't see it or care he's not caged up. The back gate is open.
Aren't they incredible? I worked as a park ranger in a drive through exotic animal park and we had a male bison called "Mountain" - about 6' tall at the shoulder. At closing time, as I cruised one day checking the road, I stopped and got out to give him a snack of bread. He picked me up by my trouser belt and set me back in the cab..! I counted myself lucky with that but still maintained a kind relationship with that incredible beast and gave him treats again but from the inside of the cab...!
When I was young, we used to ride our bikes about 8 miles to a farm where there was a small herd of bison in a paddock. We thought they were fun to watch. The paddock fence was made of lengths of telephone pole with steel pipes running between the poles. We liked to watch the bison play. They had truck and tractor tires that they would throw into the air with their horns.
This reminds me of a couple episodes of Dr. Oakley, Yukon Vet. She deals with musk oxen, tanks with 7 inches of the world’s best fur. Low slung enough that makes you think that with a running head start, they could go through anything. There is a Federal Monument, or such, in Oklahoma where you can drive through. Bands of bison and herds of longhorns. One could knock your car over and the other could put a horn in one window that would go out the window on the other side. Glad that they all were docile creatures.
Sherron B.: "There you go, put it back" Little Turkey: "I am one of the Hounds of Hell and unleash my powers on this Unworthy Fence" Sherron B.: "... that's not putting the fence back!"
On the other side. There is a gate. It is open. We left this part of fence, so he can play with. He is enjoying himself. He has 5 acres to roam plus he has 2 rooms in our home.
As the song goes: "Oh, give me land, lots of land under starry skies above Don't fence me in Let me ride through the wide open country that I love Don't fence me in Let me be by myself in the evenin' breeze Listen to the murmur of the cottonwood trees Send me off forever but I ask you please Don't fence me in..."
To think only a couple hundred thousand years ago there were absolutely giant mammals, like the wolly rhino, mammoth, and gigantopithicus. Real shame most giant mammals are extinct, or close to it.

I have seen Bison pens where the posts are 6"x8" barn timbers because nothing else held up to a determined Bison wanting out. Toughest animal in North America except the biggest bears.

The Aussies have Koalas, the Chinese Panda's, and here in the United States we have Bison. Can't exactly cuddle up with one of these guys unless you want to go airborne! lol
@@Bignfluffy "The bison that survive today are all descendants of around 50 bison from Bialowieza in Poland that were held in zoos. There is an ongoing debate about whether bison were ever present in Britain after the last ice age. No bison bones have yet been found in the UK." Sorry my friend, but zoo animals don't count! ;)
Before I saw the video I thought the Bison should start it’s own fencing business. After watching it, construction isn’t his thing. Destruction though, perfect.
These days there aren't many plains left in North America that are big enough to sustain a population of bison. Anyways, what is so great about "freedom" to an animal? Would you rather live in a pen where you get all the food, water, shelter, and medical care that you need, or be in the plains and have to deal with cold, starvation, drought, wildfire, parasites, attacks from other males, wolves, bears, and hunters. Most animals in the wild never reach sexual maturity, and the ones that do are almost always scarred and loaded with parasites. This bison seems quite healthy and very vigorous.
he is very Loved and Thank you for pointing out the Facts that some people Refuse to see. WildThing Bridges and share with everyone. also see Some Television shows and videos on Facebook World's Largest House Pet.
It is in fact this very Behavior the reason why they're not allowed to return. Well deer Antelope and Elk will jump or go under fences Buffalo go through them and that just doesn't work very well and therefore they're not allowed out.
Oh. That probably was Bullet the female. She was a mess. But she has a forever home. With a air conditioning barn. She's being spoiled but not living same life as WildThing.
I know. The Abuse some Animals have Endured is Awful. Some people also just want to be so mean and I can't understand why. The bison such a Magnificent Creature. We are so Blessed to have WildThing.
There are a lot more than a few of them now. They have sufficiently recovered that there isn’t enough room for all the herds of them in National Parks without periodically thinning out the herds. Sold for meat…which is good, by the way.
paul chandler NO, not like cow. More aggressive. And yes can be expensive. Like having to buy stronger pens and all. This pen he's in is a horse corral. Not recommended for bison. But WildThing has a total of 5 acres to roam. Including a 6 stall horse barn that is opened up for him. Plus he loves roaming in my home.
