The two men behind Arethusa al tavolo spent years working with Manolo Blahnik, turning it into a global brand, before embarking on a mission to save open farmland and begin a dairy operation. That led them to eventually found Arethusa al tavalo, a Connecticut restaurant that has been ranked among the top 100 in the country. Jeff Glor has more.

What's the name of the stew U. S. of Aers eat to bring in the New Year? Here in "Cali", Baja there's 3 offering beside "tamales". "Menudo, Pozole, & Birria all served with hot tortillas.[corn or flour] Also for you partyers who drink to much. When I drank many moons ago. The next morning when I was taking a wiz, I would take a dramamine and crawl back in the sack. And when I awoke I felt great, because no hangover blans. "Feliz Ano Nuevo" to all!

In this part of the video it's a new trend,FARM TO TABLE which refers to freshness before it turns bad,and I remember years ago when I was stationed in Germany where the farmer would come on base with his tracker and take away 50 gallon drums which he took to his farm cook the slop,and feed it to his pig's that was there food very interesting because I had never seen something like that before. Good use of junk but it makes a lot of sense
