Im an APAC Radiant and i think that you can be good with any agent if you have good mechanics and game sense. From my experience playing too many agents will make you improve slower, just dont waste time playing useless or weak agents like iso harbor neon and focus on playing higher tier agents like sova jett raze omen brim cypher killjoy, watch pro vods, learn what to do with different roles in this game. Aim train is also important either you diff your opponents with your aim or outplay them with your brain (but you still need to know how to aim tho)

I am plat rn and following how you play and do decisions I’ve improved a lot maybe not aimwise but my gamesense is way better and even with sometimes still bad aim i still manage to play solid or carry most of the rounds
the omen smokes are hallow, so if I toss a jett smoke in there it kinda ruins their vision since it’s a lil smaller. It’s a small conditioning thing I like doing to set myself up to push it latern 🫡
