the real question is how did Rondo get a launcher? but somebody told me "they" drop off boxes of weapons in the streets if chicago. I don't know how true that is but I would assume since its a military weapon it could be discarded military equipment. Just a guess

It’s literally false bruh. The only way you can have no background check and receive a firearm is if you do a private sale. Thing is, firearm owners are generally very responsible and won’t just sell a gun to anybody.

I own a spikes 37mm havoc launcher. what I'm saying is that most of the launchers in the US while are real, are mainly used as display pieces rather than to actually shoot rockets. RPGs are an exception to the reloading aspect, but the launcher and each rocket all need individual stamps

On top of being extremely simple, the AT4 has directions of how to use it on the side. It also uses sights that are similar to iron sights from a regular gun so anyone with prior gun knowledge could easily shoot and use the AT4 effectively

many of these gangs have infiltrated the military, or know someone, friend or family whose in the national guard. it's surprisingly easy to get hold of such weaponry. it's a single-use rocket, so no reloads and like all RPG's it'll create a huge back blast meaning you can't fire it from a car or inside a room/building without hurting those unfortunate enough to standing behind/around the idiot whose launching it off...
An interesting fact from someone who's lived in chicago for a while, for a good amount of time (I don't really remember when this started) the schedule for a train with military grade weapons that came every year was leaked. And the Black Disciples took advantage of the situation flooding the street with tons of military equipment playing a big part of the big gun problems we have today. I've seen kids as young as 14 with fully modded M4's EOtech holosights, handguards and a weapon mounted laser.
