Hello! I am in need of a little bit of guidance for my future. I have always wanted to be a successful real estate developer. I even aspire to be rich one day, taking inspiration from real estate millionaires and moguls such as Jay Morrison, Sherard McQueen, and Donald Bren. I was just wondering if you could maybe give me some guidance on how I can possibly make my lifetime dream come true. I know this may not be your strong suit or your main profession, but it would be nice to get some advice, especially from a real estate professional. It would also be nice to find out some of the ways I can get started now, since I’m just a teenager. If I get started now, I know for a fact that it would help me get a head start in achieving my dream job, even possibly making myself extra cash.
The key is to start now. Work as an assistant with a general contractor. Also then work with a real estate development/construction loan office in a local bank. You can also get some insight on your market by buying a cheap house n rent to tenants
