I’m so glad I found this channel earlier on, if I didn’t I would be having a much harder time guilting things out, after a long time of watching videos, I can actually manage to assess the enemy team and find an optimal counter play mid game now, it’s pretty amazing

Tenz makes plays that he knows he can be effective and the opponent won't be as effective. He catches them trying to figure out what is happening, while tenz is being effective. Cost to benefit ratio is good. Tenz also does it unexpectedly when there is seemingly no opportunity which helps him get more attacks.

if we are talking about confidence though and playmaking on the fly, I now see why duelists get value when they go aggressive, I once had a 4 win streak instalocking phoenix, I always go in to see if the enemy holds out instead of pushing in, especially when my ult is up, on attack I always make space for my team, on defence I push out an angle to weaken the attack and take a kill or two to tilt the odds, sometimes whoever you play, you need to somewhat be that character, so being cocky smartypants like yoru can be 50/50, being cocky as phoenix is also a 50/50

It’s not always stupid too play for highlights, it can generate more viewers and that leads to more money and popularity for your org

this might be the reason why i continue to keep playing valorant, you easily abuse abilities so you dont have to play carefully, but in reality, this just doesn't happen to me, people are insanely good with their timing that whenever i tried to use abilities, they just started to see me and killed me almost instantly

Sinatraa was the player who got me into valorant so seeing him get replaced by TenZ was pretty bumming, but Sen really landed a goldmine when they picked him up. Just imagine if Sinatraa was never benched though, would we have seen the same god level TenZ?

Idk how you're saying that he always is agressive when you literally showed a clip of him getting an op pick and falling back after. I think it's a tradeoff, he puts himself in high risk high reward situations but he has the control to not go all out and do it every time, he knows what the smartest play is , like the play he did in this match when Shahz ulted C and he just agressed on top of that knowing he had timing on them. But anyway I don't think that's the main reason of his popularity because there are a handful of people who are on his level ( Like Cned, Nats, Scream) but no one gets stans like he does. I think his personality plays a big big part in this and that helps him draw in viewers. Also personality is the reason Shahz, Sick and Dapr became big streamers. They might not be at the top now however they still pull in people especially Shahz. Also the biggest thing going for him is his training routine which is actually insane. TenZ is aggressive but the rest of his team is not. That's why you see him rush in and die immediately because his team isn't there to protect him or trade him. The reason Paper Rex is so successful is because the whole team plays aggressively. Heck, benkai is literally an Odin main.
