For people who have a hard time on the server and I raid them I would be nice enough to set up a base that has decent loot for a excellent start up if they deserve it. And may help from time to time

Have to add another why do people drop HV ammo and fire ammunition. Would it make sense to use HV ammunition for longer distances. Drop in the game is insane for Thompson and mp5 for console I have to add.

Yeah they do that. Petty as heck. Met some players and they gave me items but they were the dirt of the pile. They get raided they had so much crap for a duo bro could have hooked me up but people who raided them threw everything on the ground I put everything back in boxes. They thought it despawned before they said I could have the rest nope I was already on it and put everything back in

Unfortunately I think a lot of your lag issues are from your AMD CPU. It's well known in the Rust community and other competitive gaming communities like COD and Fortnite that many of these Ryzen CPUs cause, what we all call, the AM-Dip. They have high average FPS but low 1% and 0.1% lows, causing stutter.
