Very unique way of making podcast Please make more podcasts like this without disclosing their identity bcz it gives them more freedom to tell everything about their career in detail🙏🏻
Best podcast ever! Harkirat's podcasts can inspire and improve many TIER 3 student's lives😊 Looking forward to seeing you in next podcast Please make more podcasts like this
Very inspiring dude. One thing I realized that there is no language useless in IT field, If you are perfect. I'm also going to achieve what he and you have done in your life. People like you really gives us that boost to work more and achieve something in life. Thank you very much for podcast. We want more podcasts like this.
So, after Suresh Raina, Mohit Raina, and Samay Raina we've one more Kashmiri Pandit who's made it this big. They've been through a lot. Also, a ton of thanks to Balasaheb Thackrey ji.
Thank you harkirat bhai, I got really inspired from thsi amzg podcast, even I graduated from tier 3 college. This podcast gives me confidence that I can reach your level someday.
He is an ideal. Man you inspired me. . I will develop that confidence I'll make connections with the best I will buy a home to my parents I too will gift my maa with jewellery🎉. I'll gift my father a car!.. I'll hustle not less than you did. I'll grab that remote job, that hectic startup full with learning I'll make my fears my weaknesses my strength And I'll be on the podcast with kirat.
How me made the transition from 3lpa to that startup job would be more interesting story and maybe it can help a lot of people. Also how did he got that freelancing job , its not from upwork I guess. And how he manages both full time job and freelancing and does his existing company know about this . As he said sometimes he gives 95% to startup
How come one can get 5-6x salary after working for 3 LPA? The very first question from the HR is that what is your current salary and what is your expected. The companies only pay based on the current salary and only give max to max 100% hike. Could you please create an video on how well we can negotiate and one can get the salary based on the current market standard.
Hello Harikirat sir I follow you since long time I came to know about your youtube channel by my brother who is your batchmate from IIT roorkee he is in mechanical. By the way thanks a lot for such amazing content.
Does the switch and all also apply for 10 yrs of exp person? Is it possible to switch and get sal from 30lpa to like 80 or 1cr for a person with 10 yrs exp? Please cover this part as well!! Thanks for all your videos
Previously I had heard of tier 3 colleges, then someday I heard of tier 3 students, now it is tier 3 developer. No offense, but please don't tag tier 3 with them lifelong.
@@godson200AI is future. I want AI should conqueror 95% of Software Engineering JOB. Tabee log doctor, air hostes, farming, Architecture, Electric line me aage bdege... Salo jinhe dekho bs IT me paisa kamane aa jate h... AI should replace all the developers.

Not possible... Pandits negligible the valley me. Infact, jammu me boht se pandits hai,but it's not next banglore. Pandits migrate hi karte for better opportunity.
Thumbnail designer needs a raise.! Edit: I meant the designer is doing awesome job, that's why he deserves a raise. People in comments took it other way
When he was working as a freelancer he didn't like someone taking 50k as commission for his work, but later when he started taking commission of 50k, he was helping(Bhala) the Junior developer. Nice!!!
some inputs form the video - -> It seemed more subjective towards bragging of money instead of motivating or providing meaningful insights regarding a career -> Try to ask more questions which answers can not be found on web like what makes your career meaningful or how you manage your life... -> Instead of focusing mainly on money like this lpa that much... all the time on the video focus on the meaningful work... -> Overall this video didn't felt much connected like your other videos ( it may be because i am not earning that much ) still it's good to see you try new things
No I think you are spot on and the observation has nothing to do with you earnings. The podcast revolved mostly around how much he made money. Skills can be learnt easily is what I believe, but experience takes time. He kept on repeating the importance to learn, which can be found anywhere on the internet, what was unique about him, was how he got the freelancing opportunities, on which he just mentioned on a quick overview how he did it and never clearly explain how would he go about this now if he were to do it as a beginner all over again. Overall the podcast felt very fake. I'm not hating on him, since I really like the other educational contents he puts out and regularly watch him, but it's almost like they want to show off how much they make and not get called out, since they didn't mention their name, face or even the company they work in. Think about it, given the confidence that he has, and the bragging he does about this startup, won't it be beneficial for him to promote it on the podcast? What's the point of hiding?
@@ankurmazumder5590 Yes. I think many IT companies don't allow employees to work two jobs at once. That's why he hides. What I am more interested in is how he managed two jobs at once. What was his daily routine? Sleep schedule? Family time? Working days in a week? I'd like to know.
The best thing was to keep this guy anonymous and bcz of that he was able to openly share about all the side gigs, hustles, freelancing, ups and downs of life. It felt like I am talking to a close friend and gave me ideas about what all is possible (if you put efforts) Really inspirational
Dude plz do more of these and also I think hiding the identity of the guest is a good idea actually because you get more accurate unfiltered info about everything rather than a little conseravtive/safe answer. Great podcast. :)
I think he works in Disney + Hotstar. Jio is in talks with Disney to acquire it which aligns with what "Ayush" said in the video. 30-40 LPA at Hotstar, makes sense. I just started as a frontend developer this year. I hope to have a career growth like these two in this video. Tathaastu
Mine doubt for a several months i have been doing the app development using cross-platform FLUTTER, everyone either going with the web dev. or the android dev i.e. using java, Kotlin, so i am feeling like am i not left behind, because no one talks about Flutter and the skill is not that useful as that of java Kotlin??
MY TARGET IS TO transform to MERN full stack developer from now a senior software developer(REACT)...I will channeling my time wasted in useless things to positive things.... Please all kashmiri pandits and all kahsmiri Hindus and also we have to give good life to the as well...Videos like these will be source of light...
*Point ye nahi hai ki ye Kashmiri Pandit hai as ppl are glorifying this style of thinking in comments, POINT YE HAI KI ISS BANDE JAVA KA MEVA BANAKAR KHAA LIYA HAI PURA*
This is so inspirational. In fact I'm about to start my job in a startup with 3.45 LPA. I also graduated in 2017 but I initially was so less confident that I joined teaching. After 5 years down that career path, I worked hard, took a risk to change my profession. I want to work hard a few more years now to reach to another level of experience and expertise. I hope I can make it. Stories as such are so inspirational. Earlier, I lacked ambition, despite having potential. Now I want to change the story. Anyone reading this just wish me luck!!
there are few gaps in his story, i mean how he switched from his 1st job to startup job? thru networking or sheer hardwork (learning , giving interviews). ig no one wants to reveal all of his story
Hardwork always Pays👍 Meanwhile every where is demotivation Finally find a motivational video about software engineer career. Please continue making such videos 😊 Thanks a lot.
Aur yaha to exprerience hone ke baad vi apply nehi kiya ja raha. Har company ko 5+ years ka experience chahiye. kaise tum log kar lete ho kya pata. Matlab itna accha github profile bana rakkha hai dekhta vi nehi koi. Har job me 1 lac log application kar dete hai.
i know many indians would hate it but i have heard in US they don't concept of on campus placements, so we should do the same so that fight for colleges could end and proper skill based employment can be achieved where everyone has to compete irrespective of colleges for upto interview rounds@@shubhmishra3338
