I can't remember, though I do know HIGH blood pressure is the one that is an issue, low blood pressure is mostly fine and as stated, healthy.

@@Filiolus Perhaps... Idk see really anyone besides her surviving that situation she was put in. A lot of lucky circumstances combined allowed her to survive. Poor girl also had survival guilt but it sounds like overall she lived a decent life after this so it is an awesome story.

Healthcare was free in Yugoslavia, but the plane fell in Czech Republic, which is not Yugoslavia. 2. There was a miss-translation on Wikipedia (the main source). The family got the money back through insurance and Vesna got a free apartment. Also btw fuck off Yugoslavia wasnt bad. I know i live here

@Manuel Camelo jat airlines paid her 15mil and the insurance paid her 4 million yugoslavian dinars. You can check the exchange rate in 1972 it was quite a sum. As a citizen in yugoslavia you were treated fairly. The nationalost that bombed this aircraft got liquidated 3 years later. They werent too lenient towards horrid nationalists and criminals. As a common citizen you had rights towards dirt cheap apartments that the state built. You were basically guaranteed a job. Education was free and healthcare was free. You could afford to go on vacation buy a house have a life. Nowdays i have 250eur salary and cost of living is similar to europes(75%)

Not really. I've know people that SHOULD have died, and didn't. Or people who died in dumb ways. Like being eaten by an escalator (in China, of course, sorry. Some say the tail end section of the plane she fell down with also twirled around and the damage actually increased the drag enough to slow down the fall considerably. if i fell from 33,000 feet, i would try to put my arms underneath my tshirt, and then stretch them straight out as much as i could to try to make wings and then fly to the nearest lake if that didn't work, then i would try to land right on top of a tall tree 🌲 all the branches should slow down the impact that's how i would do it

@@jefffuehr366 a tree wont save you from a fall. has to be a lake or snow covered place. if you land on a tree not only youll get cut to pieces by the branches, youll instantly die hitting the ground.the other question is what will you do if you survive that fall. you most likely be unconcious from a fall like that. and literally no one knows your alive. This lady had god with her that day. most people will die from an heart attack even before falling.

dude it’s not clickbait she did in fact freefall from that height, the thumbnail is just to make it more understandable than just the back half of a fuselage. as a graphic designer i don’t know how i’d go about making the thumbnail in that way.
