What I'd strongly suggest, especially in that Mazvikadei area is you snake proof the perimeter fence as much as you can and move the tree line as far away from the roof and walls as you're able to. My wife and I ended up selling our house in Kambanji because of the unusually high population of snouted cobras which used to end up in our pool. The last straw was when a large one slithered into the dining room via an open sliding door. Beautiful and stunning house nonetheless, looking forward to seeing it finished
