I never really followed the Serie A but whenever Italian football gets mentioned the name Francesco Totti comes to mind. He's my favourite Italian player of all time. His elegance on the pitch and his eye for goal were world class. Mind you he wasn't even wearing football boots for this challenge.
Man the campionato in the 90s was the best league with the best players ever!! Totti, Del piero, Baggio, Batistuta, Ronaldo the phenomenon, Zidane, Vieri, Davids, Seedorf, Canavarro, Maldini, Nesta and a lot of other legends I forget. Absolutely stacked!!!
Ad a Roma fan, I get so angry when they describe totti just as a loyal player, he really was one of the best Italian players ever, truly masterclass who could really played in every club in the world
Man I miss watching Totti play. His generation of Italian players were next level, truly a master of the beautiful game. Love this man. That touch at 5:10 mark was too clean ❤
This was too easy for il Capitano. I still remember the story Capello told of when he saw Totti leaving practice without working on free kicks one day and told him to stay. Totti said “just one shot, where do you want it? if I make it, I leave.” He put it in the top corner from 30 yards out and walked away. Thank you for your content. I’ve been a Roma fan for 36 years and seeing Francesco Totti, and now Cristian, doing things like this brings me joy. Please add my name to the hat for the shirt giveaway. It would certainly be properly treasured in my home.
These guys have no idea how lucky they are to see totti face to face, I read somewhere that once totti was going to be at a Italian prison to meet the prisoners and make them feel inspired and stuff, and there was a prisoner that was going to be released a week before meeting totti but he refused to leave and wanted to stay in prison one more week just to watch Totti in flesh.
Miss these italian legends so much :) Totti, Del Piero, Maldini, Nesta, Pirlo, Buffon , ... to name just a few ! They truly were next level, really loyal, and sincerely top top top players for more than a decade. Under-rated regarding football history (ballons d'or etc...). We think of Italian tactical and defensive playstyle too much. Some players truly deserve to be in a "goat" team. Pure class & technique too, quite unmatched tbf. Young ppl dont know them much it's a shame ! how good they were... and still are obviously xD It's like real madrid/ Zidane's galactics and Brazil team took all the lights ^^ then barca and messi vs cr7 era... but to be honest ... in 1995-2005 real madrid or barca would get crushed by juventus or milan any day of the week ^^' calciopoli or not, the italian teams were just on another lvl... i'm not even talking about Internazionale and peak Adriano... serie A was so full of beasts it's quite hard to imagine now x) Focusing on individual skills and players, I almost feel like the Roma with Mexes, Totti, Cassano, De rossi, Mancini ... could win ucl 2023 with proper coaching quite easily today.. I'm probably wrong but still. the average level in these italian teams was just something else...
Im going to say it in spanish.
FrancescoTotti's dedication and loyalty to Roma is admirable. In my opinion, football would have many more smaller teams playing at a higher level if players where in that mindset. The offers are lucrative from the mega clubs, so I understand why it happens, nevertheless smaller football teams would have had a lot better chance to become bigger if good players stayed loyal to their team.
Hi, I'm Italian and a fan of As Roma. Every time I see THE CAPTAIN with the ball and chain it's a unique emotion. Seeing the class and simplicity with which he kicks the ball is disarming. We really miss seeing him take the field with our colors and he will always remain in the hearts of us Romanists. Thanks for the beautiful videos!!! FORZA LA ROMA SEMPRE!!! sorry for my terrible english but to win my idol's shirt i would write in any language in the world!! 😋
Grazie💛❤️
Your talents or skills accumulated over many years never goes away , so even after a couple of years of not playing football , your abilities still remain with you.
What a legend Francesco is, you were always one of my biggest idols and I fondly reminisce watching you on the tele in my youth. Great to see you still hitting the grass! FORZA TOTTI! ❤️
I was hoping to see Francesco Totti on your channel and you made it possible. Thank you so much for all your hard work guys. There's literally a saying about Totti: NO TOTTI NO PARTY! He's one of the biggest legends i've ever seen.
That ability to place the ball with a bend with precision is a work of art. Only the greatest footballers can do that time in time out like Pirlo, Ronaldinho, Beckham, Totti, Del Piero and Messi.
The Italian has elegant one-touch lobbing pass and that's a really special ability He is really the heart and king of AS Roma I've loved this fantastic player for over 20 years❤❤❤
i am italian and i think Totti is probably the best italian football player of all time. he's absolutely a LEGEND and i think that all italian people love him
@@f0ns0r Totti was a best player 360 degrees. Baggio was legendary with the nation team, but in the player field, Totti was crazy. Power, speed, technique at its best, and he played in every role.
I have the incredible fortune to be a Roma fans and grow with Francesco, i see him since his first apparence and his retirement was one of the most sad thing ever saw, for all what he rappresent . This guy choose to be loyal to his city and his city love him like a son........his faitfull vs any money or team offer ...It is something incredible that should be an example to many.
He's still playing 1st division football 8 in his spare time with his own team Totti Weese! Still a joy to see our beloved hometown legend play! He should definitely participate in more of these videos. DAJE CAPITA'
i’m a roma fan and of course i love our goat, Francesco Totti, he does and he gived everything for this club and we’ll never forget about him.💛❤️ Very good video SFL❤
I'm new to the channel but I want to thank you . Being able to see totti play football now after he retired is amazing I supported Roma since I was little watching football itallia on channel 4 and this reminded me of the good time watching it :)
