I say this honestly, Cyberpunk 2077 isnt far off lol just in terms of technology i think actually perhaps even around that year its very possible tech could get to a level approaching high tech prosthetics like that.

This tech could have came sooner if profit motive wasn't an issue.

It doesn’t matter what tech brings us. When 99.9% of amputees can’t afford even a basic set of limbs, chances are almost none will get to use this great tech. Been in the business for 42 years..js
