So Perdido Key is technically a part of Pensacola. It’s under the Escambia County jurisdiction. You will find a lot of similarities of the cost of living. Housing can be more expensive if you’re directly on the beach of course but food, utilities, taxes and travel will be very similar. That’s exciting Inese! Well I hope you end up loving it here. Rentals are a bit tricky and a pain in the butt. Mostly because there is not really a one stop shop for rentals. What happens is the individual property management companies handle their own separate rentals. So sometimes it’s best to call a few and explain your criteria and see if they have anything that matches. Lastly of course you can try Rent .com and even Zillow. But a lot of them come and go quickly. I wish I could be more helpful.
