That's why aizen and yhwach are one of my fav antagonists of all time Aizen was disgusted by what soul king was And yhwach wanted to save his father from the suffering he had
Aizen I can understand but Yhwach was a hypocrite. Sure somewhere in him he might just wanted to save his father but it's more for his own self benefits rather than for the sake of the Quincy race or the world. He killed off all the remaining Quincy who was loyal to him and he just wanted to destroy all realm to turn back the world in it's primordial state a time where death doesn't exist. In other words he's just a coward that afraid of death even at his last moment.
@@jashan8282 actually *death* doesn't actually exist until after the 5 Noble Families mutilated the Soul King. As for the Original Hollows they were turn to dust by the Soul King because he also has the *Quincy* power to erase the existence of a Soul. Which is another reason why Yhwach wanted to return the world into it's primordial state because without death the Shinigami will be overwhelmed by the Hollows since they no longer be able to *kill* the Hollows anymore while it will be the opposite for the Quincy since they technically have no problems with this knowing they have the abilities to permanently erase Hollows existence. As for Hell that place have existed since the Primordial time and it's still currently unaffected by the Soul King lynchpin effect unlike Hueco Mundo, Soul Society and Human World. In other words, Hell is still a "Primordial Realm" meaning *Death* doesn't exist in there. But with that said it still exists the same way Soul Society existed where all souls were sent there to live another life except Hell is for all the evil souls and Captain-level Soul went and unlike Soul Society where if you died again you'll be dissolved into Spiritual Particle in Seireitei, but in Hell however you can't died ever and even if you were *killed* outside Hell your Soul will be sent to Hell to be revived again since these type of evil/powerful Souls have nowhere to go in Soul Society.
That is also why he says that with someone as intelligent as kisuke and with the understanding that he possesses he doesn't understand why kisuke can't see the same thing as he does out of all ppl he had expected kisuke to come through but he didn't...
And that's why he also wanted to talk with Ichigo He knew Ichigo witnessed the SK,so Aizen wanted to see what Ichigo thinks about it Ence why Urahara stopped him and sent Aizen to his prison, instantly
This is what interests me in Bleach, how there are many different ideologies in this world and they drive people to act. Same reason I like Naruto and One Piece, but Bleach just does it uniquely
Most of readers and watches of bleach don't know one thing bleach universe is a eternal problem of trolley because if you don't have a powerful being in eternal suffering the universe will become a literal hell
ONE PIECE is more popular as its a kid show..... in Naruto and bleach had more impact in each character and we...as audience, we made a lot of reflection:
@@tazzgikong5087 kid show? Just because Luffy looks goofy? Tell me, are you a One Piece reader? If yes, yo know that how One Piece took topics like corrupt government, racism, slavery. How pirate could be good guy and marine be bad guy, and some other chararacter which stood somewhere in the middle. It's a complex story that it spend 20+ years and still had many things to explore Besides, Naruto did no good with side character, at least at Shippuden. Can we take Rock Lee as top 10 side character in Naruto? What he did in Shippuden? Nothing, he could be easily removed from story and nothing happened. Kuma clearly not in top 10 side character in One Piece but he is still had contribution to plot progress If I sort from the highest in my opinion : I like One Piece for the complex of story I like Bleach for character design I like Naruto for fighting scene
If this theory is true, it might be one of Bleach's best plot threads. Two people seeing something vastly different. Great vid once again, keep it up man 🙌🏿
This ain't a theory. This is indeed the motivation of aizen. The lore of the soul king is heavily explored in the light novels which hopefully gets adapted to the anime. Its sad that many people do not realize this and misunderstand aizen
The real theory is that aizen is black and has a big black cock. He wanted to fuck all the white women there but yhwach stopped him through ichigos quincy powers
This ain't a theory, this is the plot that Kubo made for Aizen and Urahara. It's inspired from Friedrich Nietzsche's "Thus Spoke Zarathustra, Aizen being the "Overman" and Kisuke as the "Last Man".
Honestly a real ass line. If Aizen wasn't so cruel at times he'd be easier to relate to. Like Gin does a bunch of objectively evil shit, but there's always a level of hesitation and insincerity, like when he trolls rukia into wanting to be saved again. But you can tell Aizen really gets off on playing his subjects, hell he even liked fucking with Kaname his absolutely most loyal subordinate lol
@@juntaakane1928the same was when gojo and sukuna fought they both are very lonely sukuna thinks that the 1 should be lonely something like that while gojo thinks making others come to your level will relieve your loneliness
The soul king was a corpse that was neither dead or alive kisuke accepted his existence as a balancer while aizen didn't accept serving a false ruler so he decided to stand above the heavens and this is the reason why aizen is the best Antagonist and villain, beautiful, amazing and divine.
@@samuelthe13Madara is a far different villain, it's stupid to compare them. Naruto and Bleach narrative are like the sun and the moon. Madara was an amazing villain, because he represented the dread culmination of a cynical mind who desired peace and wanted to stop the cycle of Indra and Ashura by stopping the world. He was a perfect antagonist to the idealistic, full of hope Naruto, who strived for peace trough bonds, love and communication. He was such a great final villain. Kaguya? Never heard of her. Aizen is very different, because Ichigo's story is not how he changes the world, but how he changed HIMSELF. Aizen is a perfect fodder because he use his strength to look the other from the top, with his desire to be stronger and stronger driven only by his selfish ego. This oppose Ichigo, who wants to become stronger and stronger so he would never face the trauma of losing someone he loves. So, both great, really few things to compare
That fundamentally goes against Urahara’s character. He sent Rukia to earth with the intention of destroying the Hogyoku, sacrificing her shinigami-hood in the process. He subscribes to the idea of order, or “the world as it is,” and realizes his invention would disrupt the very concept of existence. It wouldn’t do any good to have two ultra-powerful, immortal beings just stinking up the place.
Wrong though. Aizen was simply disgusted by the idea of the situation. He realized how twisted the system was and how the so called "Soul King" was simply turned into a tool. It was not ego but empathy.
"how can you stand to submit to THAT thing" is what he said to Kisuke before he's sealed. That's not empathy at all. Also when he's facing against Yhwach, he also said "my only purpose is to crush anything that seeks control of me". Meaning he doesn't want to obey to anyone bcus he thinks he's far superior above everyone. That's ego, not empathy. He thinks he's better & he can do a better job than Soul King & everyone else.
I understand how it could seem as though he had empathy, however I don’t think he had a shred of empathy or humility. Even in defeat he thought he was better than everything and everyone. At least that’s how it came across to me….. when I watched it years ago 😂
Aizen was never evil, he just wanted to make the world a better place, which is an unobtainable goal... People are driven to insanity when they realise their goal is unreachable yet struggle to make it a reality...
I agree he wasn't evil but he wasn't good and making the world a better would be the last thing he would want to do.....He just didn't like to live in a world shaped by someone like soul king or yhwach that's pretty much why he fought against yhwach....
Yeah and Aizen doesn’t even believe in his own ideology hence the flaws of Aizen which make him the biggest menace of all the guy who knows he’s wrong but he knows more than u so he will convince u to be wrong with him
Surprised people didn’t know this? Plus that’s not the only reason. Aizen had a lonely zanpakuto. It was too strong to compete with anyone so it never developed. That’s why aizen turned to the hogyoku and hollows. To give him enough strength to replace soul king. And then he made ichigo strong sp he could test that power to its limit
Soul King and Sacrifice cant be in same sentence. The Man get Betrayed, Mutilated and Humilliated for a thousand and a thousand years to become a lynch pin.
I'm pretty sure they didn't actually see the SK and I believe it is implied that the found it out by researching stuff via a book. It is impossible for you to get to the soul palace without squad zero allowing it. When Aizen says "You've seen it too" He means a picture of the soul king or rather he has seen the book.
Wdym? Grimmjow was fairly explored, and Ulquiorra was almost perfectly characterized. And about Yhwach... Kubo wasn't rushed. Well, at least not in the sense you seem to be implying. He didn't rush the story because of his superiors or anything like that. He was having serious health problems and his shoulder's (it was the shoulder's iirc) tendon was torn, so he decided to rush the end of the story.
I don't get why, if Aizen really saw Soul King very early, he's also surprised by Kiriyo promotion to Squad Zero. Shouldn't he be aware of Squad Zero at this point?
This theory is real nice until you remember Ichibē is a thing and that he would really have no reason to let anybody ( other than Ichigo obviously ) see the Soul King.
@@Paracelsus. idk if ichibe is under KS. But Yama-jii is and in CFYOW They tell you kyoraku knows and that the head captain is always aware of the soul king’s real state. So maybe Yamamoto told aizen under KS. Urahara probably figured it out by himself. Another theory of the how is someone in that prison where they put former squad members who commuted thought crimes found out (I think in turn back the pendulum urahara mentions to hiyori somebody said they wanted to be the soul king). Which leads me to think aizen probably lost someone to that thought crime. Would be fun to see a young aizen bleach story
Soul King isn't willingly serving as the keystone tho. The five houses that betrayed and mutilated him, and then sealed him placed him there. Kisuke is wrong.
Im pretty sure that the soul king was forced to become the balancer because he wanted to cleanse the hollows for stability but because he was so powerful he killed way more where the stability shifted even more so the others made him into a soul king I believe this is in one of the manga stories
after reading the novel"you can't fear your own world" u have 3 people who saw the SK and his sacrifice....kesuke felt bad for him and saw that it was cruel but a nessesary evil for the balance of the world...aizen saw that as a SK he should be the one controling this world and not be a sacrificial lamb for the noble families while they control every thing from behind the scenes ..he wanted to take control and make a new reality...while tokenada...saw that what the families did to the SK is a the greatest of all sins...and now he decided he will be as cruel and evil as he can until he return the world to it's chaos state before the existence of the SK.
What Aizen saw is SS using SK as a battery and uses him to keep their power over others and breed corruption. I share the same feelings as Aizen and wonder why urahara just accepted it. I hope he wasn't sucking upto Yoruichi's clan. If Aizen and Kisuke could create their own hogyoku , with their intellect and power they could clearly create a solution for the the SK situation.
@Benny hui You are telling me kisuke made a half hogyoku which is a transcended artifact even at its incomplete form and yet didn't come up with a solution for SK. It's simple, noble families would never allow kisuke would do something like that so kisuke abide by it. You say Aizen is not a better choice but even then he is far better than the noble families who rule SS now. Besides, Aizen is the Aizen we knew because of all the inaction and incompetence of others towards this situation.
@@sneakygin he's a scientist. He made hougyouku just to satisfy his curiosity. He cannot destroy his own creation so instead of harming someone with it he kept it hidden. I don't remember the noble families aware of the fact urahara made the sphere before aizen revealed them to everyone. It in his nature to make random stuffs. As corrupted noble families are. They aren't harming balance of the universe. No one goes unpunished if you commit crime. Those rules exist for political reasons. Isshin, yoruichi n some other are from noble family. Do you remember when zero squad first mentioned? Their job was to slay menos class hollow. Yet not even once they ever come out to help. Their job also to protect royal family. Which they also never commit to. They only come down to soul society when the balance of world in actual danger.
We are not talking about kisuke personality here. Kisuke has more access to one of the noble clan (shihoin clan) , he could simply propose an alternative to the "linchpin". With kisuke's, Aizen's and mayuri's brain put together can provide this alternative. Kisuke didn't do anything of the sorts because he know noble clan's never give up their power of SS through SK. Kisuke went with their greed but aizen chose to rebel against it. This why aizen called kisuke a loser.
Mhm, and Aizen "totally" just disliked how much of a couch potato the soul king was. He "definitely" didn't do what he did because the soul king is being forcibly used as a dismembered battery or anything. Definitely not....
Aizen saw that the soul king had power but no strength of his own. So the soul king was weak in his eyes . That’s why Ywach seeking out Aizen to raid the palace made sense but Aizen refuses to serve under anyone no matter their ultimate goals being almost the same. And Ywach killing the soul king and his guards proved Aizen’s point.
Pretty sure the reason for the divide would be the amount of death and suffering that would be cause of there was a change with the soul king replacement and new order. Aizen definitely would be okay with the cost but kiskue not so much.
SPOILERS FOR TYBW Aizen and urahara both saw the soul king. However it wasn’t a sacrifice. The soul king was betrayed by the noble families that kinda presidencies central 46. And they left a vessel there as a symbol. Aizen thought it was unfair and the nobles were weak and had too much power. Kisuke thought the lie kept the unicerse in check. Ichibe wants to prolong this he even suggested thye killed ichigo to be the new soul king at the end.. however they used yhwach’s body. Source ( can’t fear your own world novel)
Instead kill Ichibei. I hate him. I was filled with joy when Yhwach killed that ass hole. He knew a future where Ichigo can be the soul king replacement and he killed Ichibei for that. He actually loved his son. If Ichigo would have be more cooperative. He could have develop a family with his quincy dad.
@@danielszocs7537 idk after ywhach beat rukia, renji and byakuya to an inch of their deaths and was responsible for the death of his mother ichigo would go nowhere with him
@@andrelima4125 He killed all other quincies beside Ishida and Ichigo and took all their powers. If he Ichigo wasn't that asshole to Yhwach and just tell his father he want his mom to be recreated when he reach soul king level and dont exterminate his friends, I think Yhwach wouldn't make him feel despair and break tensa zangetsu.
There's also the idea that Aizen isn't evil, but his Zanpakuto is. We've seen before in Bleach characters who are under the sway of their Zanpakuto, specifically in Can't Fear Your Own World. It would be possible that the first time Aizen met his Zanpakuto spirit, it used it's ability on him. It would also explain why he started fusing with his Zanpakuto after he had the Hogyokyu, even though he stated he no longer needed a Zanpakuto
One of the biggest things that was totally abandoned was the fact that Kisuke has his own hogyoku. We all saw what Aizen did with his, but what has Kisuke been doing? In fake Karakura Town he implied that he now has mastery of his hogyoku, okay? Awesome.....but what has he gained from it?
Aizen was the villain because he stopped at NOTHING to achieve is goal, and even then he never did it for others sake, but only because he couldn't accept to be ruled by something like that. Aizen isn't a "morally" grey villain, he is an interesting villain with deep motivations, who can respect people he think are at his level(namely Urahara and Ichigo)
My theory is that, after aizen fought ichigo he realised he is not strong enough to become a god. So he decided to accept defeat and after he got sealed he started grinding power little by little using hogyoku. Maybe he even knows a method to slowly change the bones in him to the key to enter soul king palace.
