Firstly, let me apologise for not coming down to cheer you on as i said i would... I had too much to do so didn't have time. Having run this race few times i can appreciate your effort and i recognise a few of the runners who stormed off early doors , only for you to reel them in later on and push yourself up the long hill to a 3rd place finish.. very well done and extra kudos for a great performance on the back of the two castles race 😁👌👏👏👏 Good work Helen 👏👏
Thank you so much, not to worry about not making it, it's cool how you've run this race before, I didn't realise, I am very pleased with my performances recently and looks to be on the right path ☺️🎉🎉
Thank you so much for taking the time to watch ☺️🙌 I'm pleased you liked the video, we are slowly getting there, it's all such a learning curve still haha ☺️👊
Thank you for checking out the channel, it was definitely a rarity to be up near the front 😅 definitely not the flattest 😂 we will make sure to check out your channel ☺️🙌
Thank you so much for taking the time to watch 🙌 it was a great course I must say and the hill wasn't too bad in the end, it's great filming this series as I haven't seen anyone film them before 😊
Hi Helen. Great run, mate. Low 26s on fresh legs and a faster course. Keep up the good work. You forgot to add in your 2 videos you wish your subscribers to watch next.
@@raleyadventures no worries mate! It’s really good and from watching your videos I have learnt a few things as well so thank! Also could ask you quick question: You know when your running and the map and heart rate everything comes on the screen how did you get that?
@@The_Dynamite_Runner it's always great to learn things from other RU-vidrs ☺️🙌 we did have to sadly pay for it, it's called "telemetry overlay" I did previously use Garmin virb as that was free but it broke on me so just went for a paid solution, hope that helps 👊🙌
3rd position, podium for you Ryan, well done💪🚀 Who was that older guy in front of you, he was doing really well (assume you passed him). Congrats on the new pacer role, your CV continues to grow😀
Thank you for watching and it was a very unexpected podium 🤯 most of the front runners tend to be rugby and Northampton haha, MV45 tend to be a very strong category haha, yeah it was great pacing, I've already put my name down to hopefully pace two more races ☺️🙌 CV is nicely growing haha, I need to find some new cool races
Congrats on your PB and podium finish! Cool to see you run some hills lol. Beyond the 10K pacing duties, any half or full marathons on the summer / fall schedule?
😂😂 you love seeing my pain 😂 thank you for watching, beyond that race I mainly just have 5mile and 10k's. I do have a HM in early July and we planning on hopefully getting into London and Berlin marathon for next year 🤞
Haha it's on a volunteer basis so I actually signed up instead of them asking me 😂 it was yesterday and just in the process of editing the video ☺️🙌 thank you so much for watching
