Excellent vid as always. I would like to climb into Doug's brain and harvest all that knowledge and experience. There aren't too many old timers around that have personally and actively been engaged in the changes, developments, craftmanship and trends of Shotguns over the years. Keep these vids coming please 👍👍👍
I had an idea how the mechanics of a gun work but this really was interesting and informing and yet again well presented by Doug and I have just had the privilege to talk to him what a gent
@@ogstopper Are you saying this gentleman had throat cancer. If that is true, I'm glad he has recovered. That would explain the difficulties a lot of us have in understanding him. However, that doesn't excuse the producers of these videos from producing a product that can be understood.
@@charlessmith4242 I am saying exactly that, Charles! Doug is a much-respected member of the shooting community who has contributed a great deal to promoting the sport, for people of all ages for many years. I could listen to - and understand - his wisdom all day. Incidentally, producers of these videos can provide any content they see fit, as long as it’s legal. If you don’t like it, don’t watch it! 🤷🏼
@@ogstopper Well I'm glad you made yourself clear, finally. I'm not questioning his expertise, if I were I would not try to listen to him. I'm happy that you can understand him, but there's more than just me that have trouble deciphering his talking points. Incidentally, since you missed my point, I'll try to make it plainer for you. When a producer makes a video for public consumption that producer should want to put out the information to the public in such a way so that the information is readily understandable. Not doing so does an injustices to the people he is trying to inform. When some of us are having trouble understanding what is being said, and ask for subtitles you take exception. We didn't ask for someone else to take his place did we? You act like an overly sensitive producer. If so toughen up snow flake and improve your product. If not go find a sympathetic shoulder to cry on, and leave the men to be men.
Thank you and if you would like to see this gun or Doug please give him a call on 01844 238 308 he would love to chat to you and see you at his shooting grounds.
