When I was 38- 46 years old I was in worse shape of my life. I drank 12 to 18 beers a day. Hate 2 cheeseburgers at time. Over ate prime rib, hot dogs and everything unhealthy. I did drugs on daily basis. I gained 50 lbs and my heaviest weight was almost 240 lbs. As soon as i stopped drinking beer and doing drugs at around 45-46 years old the weight just shed off. My doctor still says my testosterone levels were ok but never said he was jealous. I had sometimes where it was harder than when I was younger to keep that rassal at full attention my exwife understood and did what she had to do to keeper moving. I felt bad when I couldn't perform and make sure she was satisfied. So used my mouth , hand and toys. I've always on 80 % level the other woman was satisfied. Just being honest. I think people should choose health and love and sex over unhealthy food and life with less sex. God bless

However in his defence I think he was just saying he was unhealthy in general, by over eating in terms of calories, and drinking too much alcohol. In other words we don’t need to analyse his macros or debate wether or not those specific foods are healthy to get the point he was making 😂

I use 50 mg a half hour to 45 minutes before sex and I know when it starts to work cause my body gets warmer and shortly after I start to get hard then I go for the sex, and after I have a few drinks, alcohol definitely dilutes the affects, I would say get drunk after sex.

I use it 1/4 tablet everyday....not for sex but for easier to sleep... but whenever I stop the pill, It takes me longer to sleep( may be an hour and a half). My question is "can this drug be addictive in a long run".
Most drugs can be addictive in the long run and I think there is a better treatment available for improving your sleep (viagra isn't used for improving sleep). So maybe you should contact your doctor and ask them for personal advice.
