Gaana has gone subscription-only after failing to secure funding, and Airtel's Wynk Music is shutting down, with its users being transitioned to Apple Music following a partnership between Airtel and Apple. I was introduced to Apple music when I got it free for 6 months with my 15. From then I never looked back. The quality and UI is so good that no one can match. I shifted to Spotify for a month but I listened to only limited music. Apple will surely catch up.

95% of people won't even notice the audio quality difference cause they are using wireless buds ( no matter which one ) you need wired IEMs to actually feel a difference which is actually amazing and you won't know untill you try one. worth every penny

Apple Music is far better than any music streaming app. Ek gaana 40-50 mb ka hai AM mein. But to spot the difference, you need to use high quality speakers or headphones/earbuds/airpods. No dolby atmos support on YM :( which is sad.

Spotify has an amazing algorithm and provides excellent recommendations. While I wouldn't be surprised if Apple or other music apps surpass Spotify in quality, I doubt any will ever match Spotify's recommendation system. RU-vid Music also seems to have a similar algorithm, but Spotify still stands out in this regard.

I'm in college and I use Spotify student premium plan of 59 rupees per month. Absolutely worth it for me tbh. About lossless audio quality, it's almost useless for me since I use TWS and lossless isn't supported over any TWS, not even apple airpods. So if you majorly use TWS and are thinking of shifting to apple because of lossless audio quality, it might not make a noticeable difference. If you use wired earphones then yes it'll make a huge difference.

Audiophiles prefer Quboz in terms of Auido Quality bro Apple Music offers lossless audio using ALAC up to 24-bit/192 kHz, which is still excellent but not quite as focused on ultra-high-res audio as Qobuz. I've got all three Tidal, Qobuz, and Apple Music among these 3 Qobuz offers original loseless Hi-res audio without compromise.

I have subscriptions to 3 different music streaming services for different reasons: - Apple Music - for its excellent sound quality and ease of search and playlist organization! - Spotify - for its amazing recommendations and autoplay, especially when I'm working or coding. It fits my mood perfectly and offers a smooth, skip-free experience! - RU-vid Music - for its massive library, which I turn to when a track isn't available on the other two platforms!

I ditched Spotify and took the sub of apple music and my JBL 5.1 SYSTEM sounds like divine. Driving with lossless streaming in my car is again so good. Streaming from iPhones on airpods is a different game all together. Still miss Spotify algo though. Only con/necessary evil is apple music's high data usage while that's okay if u r in wifi but will consume all ur mobile data if you're going out somewhere(non wifi loc').

Bhai quality ka kya karoge jab content hi nhi milta on Apple Music and Spotify...If you listen to covers, old Bollywood songs or practically grown up listening to songs on RU-vid. You'll find a much richer collection on RU-vid music and their recommendation engine is at par with Spotify.

Kaash Apple Music thoda Bengali pein bhi focus karta, bohot taqleef hota hain Bengali songs ko search kar kar ke sun na. Saare songs hain parantu arrange (in a style of prepared playlist) nahi hain. Main Apple Music hi use karta hun.

I have all the subscriptions,so i can compare all them. For Song/Music Quality i would definitely go for Apple,since it has lossless compression. But you can't search for underdog artist on Apple music or a remix of a particular song that you might have saw on YT. For that i would go for Spotify/YT music. Song Recommendations is better in YT music than Spotify.
