Look at the domination that Bollywood once had on Middle east and Arab countries, most Indians do not know this. Unfortunately bollywood has lost it's charms today.
People used to look up to India in the ancient times. Foreigners used to study in Nalanda university. I remember ancient Chinese called India “civilized” and “center of knowledge”. Scientists and mathematicians of the islamic golden age admired our work. Greeks and Romans also used to look up to us. Good old times. Anglo-Saxons and other Westerners are the reason that South Asians face discrimination worldwide. They ruined our image by portraying us as animal f*ckers, street sh*tters, unhygienic (India needs to work on it, I admit, but man often it is over exaggerated), savages, r*pists, etc. West butchered our reputation. Also, I see you almost everywhere lol.
No matter what middle eastern country you visit whether it is Syria, Lebanon or Jordan their food platters are jaw dropping. One day for sure. Love from India !!
