Not surprised this house is struggling to be sold, for that price with that many neighbours and in that area of UK you're simply going to struggle to sell. Classic mistake of an architect's over indulgence taking over the practical reality of the location''s maximum value.

You would have ti be mental to play £10m for that half an hour from Blackpool. It is way overpriced and the next most expensive property in Lytham with sea views is £2.85m so this is £5m tops

This is a bespoke home, which means it was built purposely and solely for the client, and it's about what the client wanted.

Seems a very high price for Lytham St Anne’s. All this luxury and no cinema room, nor indeed a multi-car garage. I’d want some further security and some more privacy on the windows. The plot isn’t that large, either. This is not Prestbury, or Hale. Definitely not Virginia Water! It’s a remarkable home, but let’s not get carried away…

Never come across this channel before and I'm amazed how this channel has been given permission to do walk throughs of some of the property listed Very unknowledgeable pair, poorly put together and narrated videos. I work as an artist and photographer and do short videos and I'm a fan of luxury houses and items. This channel however leaves me cold at just how unprofessional it is and lacking in character
