How Arizona's Lake Powell came to be 

To be fair, most of lake powell is in Utah

For one thing Glen Canyon\Lake Powell is in Utah. Arizona doesn't have a say what Ut/Co Wyo AND Nm do with the water until Lee's Fairy.

So they say....The Coneheads said they were from France too.

It is nothing like Lake Erie because it is man-made.
