How attack speed affects sniper hunting and what is the best class for sniper hunting 

they should work the class passives into the hunting mastery. so for example: master 30: 5% attack & crit guru 10: 10% attack & crit guru 20: 15% attack & crit guru 30: 20% attack & crit guru 40: 25% attack & crit guru 50: 30% attack & crit if your class already has a passiv buff, for crit or attack speed then you do not get the benefit of the hunting buff until you reached a high enough guru level. example you have 13% crit and 20% attack speed passiv on a class (made up numbers). you would not get a crit bonus from your hunting mastery until you are guru 20. and at that point the crit bonus would be 2% so that 13%+2% = 15% = equal for everyone. and for attack speed you would not get a bonus from mastery until guru 40. at which point you get 5% so 20%+5% = 25% = equal for everyone. so picking a class would only give you a temporary starting bonus. but at guru 50 everyone would be the same. and i think that's exactly how it should be.

seems like its just a character bug, cuz the animation is still the same, ranger's animation came out faster but its reload speed slows down after that zoom which balenced out.

I know this might be a little hard to confirm but Ranger gets a 10% movement speed with holstered weapons. I think she is also getting this movement speed buff when holding the rifle not sure but the character seems to be moving at the same speed from what I have seen.

If I got it right you just wait more for reload animation to start on ranger, you aren't actually faster.

at first they must buff lifeskilling. and inbalance in classes is ok too/ coz those who specialize lifeskills do it better

What skill give me 25% atk speed on ranger? Or it`s a build?

Misleading info. If you're shooting 100% of the time that you're doing sniper hunting then sure the impact is 5%. But you're also looting, repairing, buying pots, moving around (less if you're a good hunter), doing the minimgame to hit the yellow bar, waiting after failing to hit the minigame bar, etc etc. In summary: impact is neglectable
