Aww Clayton is such a good guy.. The way he talks about Susie is with so much love, respect, and appreciation... I wish it had worked out between them. He's very articulate, compassionate and humble. I appreciate that he didn't speak ill of anyone, even those who haven't always been supportive of him. I'm glad he has a really positive attitude towards life despite the fact that he must be under a lot of stress due to the paternity scandal.

Lots of respect for Clayton. A good man is someone who can actually admit to their ego and their pride, and who is able to humble themself and work to improve. I love how genuine and honest he is.

I feel people project their own insecurities out onto him….. it’s like they’ve decided Clayton is their scapegoat. My heart goes out to this guy. When you are honest and transparent, the truth will always reveal by itself. Even if he isn't adressing the matter, character shows who he is. I have always been a Clayton fan, even though I could be his mother! He has always been vulnerable and truthful during his season and after. I always believed that Susie would not have stayed with him and helped him through so much if he was not a stand up guy. I’m so happy he is discussing mental health. All humans have a possibility of having mental health issues .. there is no age, race or lifestyle that excludes it. What I love is that Clayton talks both about being blessed with gratitude and also suffering at times.. both can exist…

Lots of expectations for this interview and it did not disappoint. So many talking points - hard to pick what to comment on! I just appreciate all you’re doing in this situation Dave! Will be watching and hoping that this all works out for you and for Clayton as well.

Here is what I think -- sometimes a conversation brings out more than a single (content-creator) channel. I think that Clayton is good enough at describing his internal life/feelings and Dave is really good at listening and targeting his questions in relevant and desirable ways (to himself and his audience -- I too wanted to know did Susie break up with him? but that wasn't all I wanted to hear from Clayton, which is why this conversation was so nice to sit for) -- that I think you guys need to have another ride. Ride 2 with Clayton and Dave -- 2 guys talking about life, life in the public eye, life online. All of it was interesting. I need you guys to schedule another date. LONG WINDED IS a great quality when you have something to say, and he did! Very good discussion. Thank you. Didn't want it to end. I want to hear about that valley! I liked what he said earlier about discrepancies in likes. That is a good thing to be upset about!!

Love this! I’ve always really liked Clayton. I can tell he’s a genuinely kind and honest person, which is rare and should be valued. It’s not fair when good people become targets of malicious and opportunistic ones. He’s already the winner, though, with the legal situation and anything else because he has a good heart and that’s what matters in the big picture. Plus, we all know the truth’s on his side. I also never had a problem with how he ended his season. He handled things honestly and with good intentions, which is the best one can do. It’s silly when people from their living rooms watch the show on their TVs and think they can do everything better, when the reality is being on the Bachelor is such a unique and bizarre scenario and you don’t know everything factoring in behind the scenes, there’s no way to actually know what you would do in their shoes. I’m so glad he has a positive outlook. He should feel proud of the kind of person he is and how he’s helped people, and I hope the universe sends tons of good karma his way. What a beautiful interview! Thanks guys! You know, I totally relate in some way. When I was younger, men would turn around when I walked down the street, everyone around me was telling me I was gorgeous and had absolutelly nothing to complain about in the department of looks. Yet I fel so ugly on the inside. People used to laugh it of as if "what the hell are you talking about, you have it all!" It was so hard to feel this discourse in the way I felt and the way others saw me. Exactly what Clayton says: "who are you to tell me how I feel, you don´t know that and just because it looks somehow on the outside it does not mean that it is the same way on the inside". I hope this helps a lot of people, and I believe it will! Good luck with your case Clayton, keeping my fingers crossed.
