Even after the Nazis fell, Japan continued on with its concurring. the nazis might have been harmful and horrible to their enemies, but Japan didn't even care about itself or its own people. every person that died, where an of honor.
Not really good at spreading the message when instead of making the onceler a metaphor for major greedy corporations it instead just makes him a personal character who just was blind to what he was actually doing instead of a thought provoking antagonist to the lorax who also had valid points about what would happen to people's way of earning income and lack of completely viable solutions to this problem as a whole. Not to mention when the characters in this movie are used to advertise its sponsers who are also greedy corporations it really doesn't help with pushing the narrative with such hypocrisy. Don't get me wrong though, I had fun watching this movie but I just don't find it's narrative of environmental preservation that great but the comedy and plot for the onceler's story was great
It would be incredible to make a cover of Biggering but sing H1tler, being that the company could be the Germany between 1933 and 1945, in addition the lorax could be the Soviet union, and the theme of the song would be as it took over all Europe, or also adapt the plot of The Man in the High Casttle
I’m honestly surprised that people actually agreed with Hitler’s twisted beliefs. He was on the road to world domination this way, but thank goodness we stopped him. (I know that world domination may not have been in the cards, but he was pretty close)
People bully Germany and Italy for killing tons of Jewish people and communist in the holocaust meanwhile Japan did the Holocaust but to Chinese and Australians and other pacific countries and they were not punished for war crimes unlike Germany but then again i guess two atomic bombs are punishment.

A little inaccurate since Hirohito wasn’t really responsible for the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Hideki Tojo was the one that was responsible and was sentenced to death in a Japanese prison for the war crimes he committed. But the rest is pretty accurate even with the ending obviously.
