Love the other versions of this video but thought it was about time there was one for women's basketball. After all we work just as hard for the same dreams...I love this game.
Sleeping is so important even if you want to be successful. When you sleep your body recovers from all that hours of training, if you don't rest you will feel tried, runout and your perform will be poor. I think if you go to bed early (10 pm) and wake up early (6 am) giving your body the rest it need (8 hours of sleep) making you perform better and have an advantage to those for sleep 5 hours and under x trust me, a good rest leads to a good day
Kimberly Park I think it was a bit of an analogy. I think he knows you have to sleep, but it was said more in the sense that you will not rest until you have what you want; you won't put it off, nor give up. But this is what I thought at first too. (:
Saredo Ibrahim yes you are correct. Sleeping is so important. I tried the not sleeping program for success and not I'm in fear of having heart disease from no sleeping bad eating and other things that come with being out of order. But I think more of go to bed at 9 and get up at 4 before the world gets up.
:) it's awesome that you did this! saw the nba one, was so inspired by it. but as a young women's basketball player, this inspires me as well! and before all the stupid comments start up, just wanted to let you know that this video is much appreciated!
