Little late to the video. Big cu fan here went to all but one of their games last year in person. So i have watched a lot of his game. It almost feels physiological why he back petals. The offfensive line was horrible last year and I think he tries to get more time by back peddling. A lot of times he anticipates before the play starts and it turns out that there is zero pressure in the first place so it puts him in a bad spot before the play even begins. Good assessment on him I think he can be really really special but his back peddling is so frustrating.
Could definitely be it. Lots of times, it seems QB’s will get rattled from the lack of protection and just anticipate pressure, regardless of if it’s actually there or not
weigman is coming off a season ending injury. I'm a believer, but hes got to play a full season. Leonard strikes me as a less talented Desmond Ridder, or he's a more athletic Jimmy G... With all the durability issues. I'm all in Dart as the sleeper. He imptoved drastically last year. If he has another hop in him, he's got the mobility, toughness, arm talent, and agression I like. He improved his mechanics, processing, and time Ng last year, which led to improved pocket feel. If he continues to make strides, he will fly up boards. Don't sleep on Brady Cook popping off either. Mizzou is primed to lean heavier on the pass this year and he made massive leap in his performance last season. He's crafty and a real threat in the running game. Dillon Gabriel gives me Alex Smith vibes.
