The ravens continue to undervalue the impact that a true established number one receiver can be for Lamar Jackson, especially in big games. The ravens make sure they say we need good corners for Chayce and these other star receivers., but don't see the need to have that same star power for their quarterback. Ive said over and over, Bateman has shown nothing once again to protect his feelings. We went to the championship game last season. Where is the urgency to get even better so we can go back and finish what we started. We got Derrick Henry, and that's it. We have done nothing to make sure we get even better. We are relying on a lot of young guys and don't have enough veteran presence in a lot of these positions.

#LOR #LockedOnRavens 💪🏽💯% Me personally, i would like to get Laquon Treadwell back... He would be inexpensive, he already knows the playbook for the most part and all he needs is a chance... Plus bringing in a WR of a high caliber would push Bateman back down the depth chart... With Treadwell's size and speed, Ismail could develop under him on the practice squad... This team need a big body WR to round out the room!!! JMO #GoRavens🖤💜🏈💪🏽💯%

I'm so tired of hearing people say they believe in Rashod Bateman. He's given you no reason to believe he will be good.

One the top guys to gain separation last season, just the issue of actually getting the ball mostly due to the fact Zay was drafted and we got OBJ and Agholor. Now the only competition for the No. 2 role is really between Bateman and Agholor. Tez Walker may challenge it later down the season. The man can get separation but he’s been plagued with injuries and the unfortunate situation of competing with OBJ, Zay and Nelly for targets on his only healthy season. All within his rookie contract.

That’s not true I don’t believe you actually watch the Ravens games besides him getting hurt he has the best hands on the Ravens. The year before last they use him wrong where him and Lamar couldn’t connect on the deep ball take any and all other routes he can’t be stop. His hands are like glue he isn’t a downfield threat.

Bateman has had multiple chances. Trade him for a better receiver is the best move for the Ravens.

I don’t think adding a free agent at this point does anything. I believe in Bateman from the film study and listening to his Ravens podcast. To think he missed all of training camp and what he had to do with his foot to be ready to play I’m impressed. Then with Wiggins confirming what we see on film I think EDC know what he doing. Then if injuries come up we have the best TE room in the league and can run 13 or 22 personnel groups

Honestly, with the best TE group in the league, I'd like to just let the young WRs we have prove themselves and grow. We have a veteran #1 receiving threat in Mark Andrews, a #2 TE that 2/3rds if the teams in the league would love as their #1 in Isaiah Likely, and Charlie Kolar is an underrated catcher and maybe the best blocker of the group. Plus Nelson Agholar is a good mentor at WR and makes clutch plays when needed.

Football is a business first & foremost! Not all the fans understand this! The owners want there team in the post season to keep season ticket holders happy!... They really dont want teams to be like the rams...as an example...go all in for 1 year and be in shambles afterwards for 2-4 years...with salary cap problems & no draft capital...they want a competitive team each year which Baltimore is one of the best at doing!....fans want another championship at all costs! Owners want competitive consistency! Gotta find the medium and that is very hard to do...1 question i dont think is being asked enough is...spags set his defense in last years championship game to show defending run but actually defending the pass and with lamar having the "keys" to the offense...im curious how many times he read the defense seen what looked like a stacked box and audibled to a pass play? I believe it happened more then people think so therefor the blame on not running the ball should be split between him & the coaches...feel the coaches are taking to much heat for it cause no one in the organization will throw anyone under the bus! And kudos to spags! Just curious on your thoughts on this?

Lamar been defending stacked boxes all season last year. That's what teams do . Spaggs didn't do anything special. The ravens went from their identity and left Lamar one dementional. You leave any QB out there with no other treat to a defense. All a team has to do is focus on his every move. You see, the chiefs kept trying to run the ball evwn when the run got blown up . That all there is to it . Period.

@tonjabowman7208 my comment may have come off the wrong way...wasn't putting it all on lamar...i was just saying what lamar & harbs had already said about the game...spags would show a stacked box pre snap...then once the ball was snapped they would drop into coverage essentially NOT leaving a stacked box...was just curious how many times lamar seen this and changed from a run play to a pass play with him seeing the box stacked pre snap!... then realizing he should have stuck with the run play! alot of young qb's would have done this even some veteran qbs...just think it's on harbs & lamar equally not the coaches by themselves...& if that was the case disguising the D as a stacked box pre snap & then dropping into coverage was genius! Showing one thing then doing the opposite was brilliant on their part! Lamar & harbs together will have a bright future they will get theirs! Lol

I mean if monken seen a pretend stacked box and changed 5-6 plays,then lamar saw pretend stacked box & audibled 5-6 plays,which i believe is the avg per game at minimum...that's 10-12 plays that would have been changed from run to pass... & would have tilted the play calling to what we were used to seeing throughout the season is all I was saying

eagles are competitive each year. Eagles have two #1 receivers (1200 yards), a #1 tight end (800 yards) and a #1 RB. Ravens normally have bottom ranked receivers with last year being the exception with average receivers.

Let's face it Baltimore will never have a successful wide receiver corps the Chiefs will win their third super bowl and we will end up trading Mark Andrews without getting much noteworthy because the ravens are too cheap to get the job done

Why do we ignore the elephant in the room? Lamar has to hit is wide open receivers. Hate could run routes like Jerry Rice but is still dependent on someone getting him the ball. I bet Josh Allen would love to have Bateman.

Get on page with your qb he's the two time mvp not Bateman. All the TE and other WRs have no issue. Only consistently is Bateman,some out of his control but much was his own making. Allen misses targets comp percentage isn't better and more int. No matter how good Lamar is we keep getting this underlining talk like Lamars not a real QB make Bate the first read sometimes and maybe he can hit him in stride.

top 4 in completion percentage among starters means he's hitting his receivers better than almost all qbs in the league.

The only way a lot of people are going to say that Jackson has great receivers around him is if you go get DK Metcalf and every other teams number one receivers and there's still be some kind of reason for why I receive core isn't great. These are number one picks they need to have a shot we shouldn't have got Odell Beckham last year
